The early days of Equestria involved some quarrelling and compromises as the three pony tribes learnt to work together and accept each others’ differences. But mostly, it was about having fun together.

Princess Celestia has given many Hearth’s Warming gifts through the ages, but there is one gift she regrets never having been able to give. But fate and circumstance has given her a second chance, and she refuses to pass it up.

On a mission to document all the information in the world by Princess Platinum from a newly formed kingdom of Equestria, Star Swirl the Bearded and his students are sent off into the wilderness. Along the way, they come across an unstable, but highly charged cloud filled with magic. Lightning from the cloud strikes them, and they wake up in an entirely new world and kingdom. They land in the Kingdom of Britain, whose ruler, Queen Elizabeth Tudor, is facing an incoming invasion by the Spanish Armada.

Side story to A little loopy.

In Starswirl's experiments he stumbled across a spell that created a stable time loop. Though initially unintended, he decided to take on some experiments.

Anything that was within the same room as him would not reset along with the loop, including ponies. And once Starswirl spends the end of a loop in a room to which somepony resets, well... poof. That pony's gone, forever, never to be heard from again.

But what if that's not the case? Maybe they're not gone forever, just, somewhere else. Clover the Clever happened to be one of those unfortunate ponies. ... I wonder where he is now.

Just a short little idea I had. I thought I'd just write it up and see where it goes.
