This story is a sequel to Missing Pages & Scrawled Footnotes

Before Equestria was founded and long before the Tribal Era was another age of adventures and prophecies. These are the tales of those times; the sagas of old gods and first mortals living lives of myth and magic.

All pieces are rooted in the Iceverse with extensive elements of G1 and G3 of My Little Pony. This off-shoot of 'Missing Pages' holds all the pre-history goodness that never made it beyond these chapters. No short is scrapped or incomplete and any spoilers are noted in the author's notes. Pieces range from [E] to [T] and will generally contain magical combat the (hence violence tag) and traditional fairy tale and mythology grittiness (hence the teen rating, gore, and death tags). Tags do the best to reflect as much content as possible; expanded tags would include: OC, other, yaks, Smooze, Buffalo, griffins, zebra, sirens, mules, donkeys, twinkle-eye ponies, draconequui, flutter ponies, sea ponies, and windigo. One cruel night, Twilight Sparkle reads aloud from Demon Heart, and an evil ruler named Blackfire escapes the boundries of the book, landing in her living room. Suddenly, Nyx's in the middle of the kind of adventure she thought only took place in fairy tales. Somehow she must master the magic that conjured up this nightmare. Can she change the course of the story that has changed her life forever?

NOTE: This story takes place ten years after the events of Past Sins, so technically, Nyx is ten years old in this fic.

Set in an alternate timeline before the Friendship Games, before ever meeting Sci-Twi, Sunset Shimmer ponders what has become of her princess friend in a world that has long since frogotten magic. With her final days of school approaching, she ponders what lies beyond the little school that she has come to love and protect.

What comes next for her, is a world of sorcery and souls, eternally retold.

A crossover with Mario, RWBY, and the world of Starfleet Humans. And one other, but that is a spoiler.

I love my life: a wife, two beautiful twins, and an empire of my own. Yes, it all seems like a fairy tale, although it really wasn't at first, before the academy, and even before I died. However, I was taught that if there was a second chance, you had to use it the best way possible, in order to avoid the future becoming the past once more. That's how I meet three special girls: a Fiend that was my friend when I was an infant, a Warrior that's a serious one, and a Spellcaster, which is the joy-bringer of the squad.

Rated Teen for slight gore and swearing.

Note: This story is not the kind of story where the protagonist beats the villains single-handed, Alexis is put as an object, and the other characters of the gang suck at dueling, which is why I will focus on Spike and the others equally. Also, this is an alternate universe story due to Spike going to Duel Academy instead of Jaden.

Some days, it feels like the sky itself is falling.
After the destruction of Applejack's prized tree Bloomberg, Braeburn find himself caught between allegiances to his friends, and to a helpless pony who appeared as if from nowhere. Not to mention the suspicious actions of the buffalo, and the recent string of earthquakes rocking the desert. Mixing classic wild western adventures with magic and fantasy, The Outlaw, The Star, and the Big, Big Sky tells a story of revenge, redemption, and how the best of intentions can lead to the destruction of the very ground upon which we all stand.

This story was originally started in 2011, shortly after finishing my first story, Macintosh. While Macintosh was a slower paced character study of the Big Mac himself, The Outlaw, The Star, and the Big, Big Sky aims to tell a story full of fairy tale adventure and deadly desperados. 6 Chapters were written, with an extra unfinished chapter recently uploaded, containing a flashback to Braeburn's childhood showing just how dangerous and bloody the untamed deserts can be.

12 years on, I'm hoping for any and all thoughts and feedback on this story. I would love to continue writing from where it was left off, but life is busy and I may not have the time. But if the interest is there, I would at least love to engage and discuss what could have been, and maybe make the time to finish it.

For now, this could be considered an alternate universe fic, though until it's finished it's hard to say how well it would fit in with established canon.
