After his previous visit to the human world, Reala informs his master, Wizeman The Wicked of the Equestrian Magic residing in there. Due to this, Wizeman has Reala take Rarity and transform her into one his servants. Under his control, Rarity steal the 7 Chaos Emeralds into the Dream world, forcing her friends to come after as they travel towards it. One night Luna has a bad dream about seeing Nightmarity again and this time it comes true. At first she thinks it's no big deal but as the days and nights progress, things start to change and Luna has to face her demon head on.....again.

The Nightmare Forces are back, wanting Rarity to become Nightmare Rarity once more. Something terrible ensues after she willing agrees for the second time. Realizing her mistake when her deal backfires, Rarity must live as the monster she becomes.
