The Rainbooms including Human Twilight went out of town because their on tour to show off their band. Sunset talks to Princess Twilight that she going to be away for a couple weeks. She also thought of a way of her princess friend to meet more people she didn't met when she was gone. When Twilight accepts Sunset's advice, Starlight and Spike will take over her job as co principles in the School Of Friendship while Twilight enters the Mirror World and straight to the beach thanks to Sunset giving her the map.

Which also kills the three of them. Because Starlight is an idiot blinded by a quest for vengeance. But before Twilight fades away, she tells a slightly younger Princess Celestia and Sunset Shimmer several things they will need to know to have any hopes of keeping Equestria safe from the many countless terrors that await it in the near future.

The story of Celestia and Sunset picking up the pieces of a mirror yet to shatter. Destinies will change. Fates will intertwine. Hearts will break. And forbidden knowledge will eventually come back to bite the Princess in the... Plot adaptation prequel of the original series.

Long ago, the cruel God of Chaos Discord ruled over the world. The other Gods overthrew him and Sealed him in the deepest Hell of the prison Tartarus, then waged war for his empty throne. The Goddess of the Sun Celestia emerged victorious, then Sealed six more Dark Gods in six more Hells of Tartarus. The remaining Gods ruled over the world’s lands under Celestia, and as High Princess her reign brought an age of peace.

A thousand years after Celestia’s defeat of Nightmare Moon, the Goddess of the Night, the mortal peoples hold the festival of the Summer Sun Celebration to commemorate her victory. However, on the eve of the Celebration a mysterious organization releases Nightmare Moon from her prison.
