Affection therapy: a new and innovative practice in Equestria wherein the patient/subject is calmed and relaxed through simple displays of platonic affection, such as ear scratches, nose boops, and belly rubs. It's surprisingly effective, and leaves the pony happy and content. The strangest thing, however, is that you, a simple human living in Ponyville, 'invented' this practice completely by accident.

*I wrote this a long time ago, before Every Little Thing She Does aired. The first chapter takes place between No Second Prances and that episode, and I decided to touch it up and release it now as an early Christmas gift to you guys, as a simple piece of cute, platonic fluff. More to come, too, when I find the time and inspiration.

You had a crush on Sparkling Cider, though you were rejected by her. At the same time, you gained a giant stuffed animal. It seemed like a coincidence that Prism Wing invited you for lunch the day after... and then you instead meet the creator of the stuffed animal.

Little did you know, you've been set up on a blind date.

You've only lived in Equestria for a month now. You made a couple of friends, but mostly kept to yourself. That is, until you have a wild night of binge drinking at a party and wake up in bed with Lyra Heartstrings! Wacky hijinks ensue!

It's said that Equestria was built on legends. Tall tales that help us make sense of things too great or too terrifying to believe.

Tonight, Fluttershy is going to meet one of those legends, and it's going to change her world forever...
