Dark Flame is a young unicorn stallion who works as the local blacksmith and has protected his home village of Stonewall from constant dragon raids, earning him the title, Dragon Slayer. But when a dragon thought to be a myth attacks, Dark is left the lone survivor and loses consciousness during the fight against the mythical dragon. When he awakens, he finds himself in a hospital with a part of his memory missing, a few bodily changes, and six mares who have questions for him.

Now trying to rebuild his life, Dark will learn about his new body, try to regain his lost memories, and attempt to live a new life of peace apart from his old life of near constant fighting and survival. Though if only it were that easy. New friends will be made, secrets revealed, enemies both new, old, and supposedly dead will rise, a love will blossom, and a ghost from Dark's past will threaten to destroy what little left he holds dear to him.

This is my first fic, and any constructive criticism or advice would be appreciated in helping improve my writing, and in turn, the story itself.

Peace never lasts long in Ponyville. A day beginning with relaxation, party planning, and plenty of research into ancient history soon turns south with the disappearance of Discord and the arrival of a mysterious mare devoid of emotion bearing a dire message for the Princess and her friends.

An ancient being is about to awaken, threatening all of Equestria. Will the Elements of Harmony be able to stand against this new threat, or will they fall just as she did?

Memories are a funny thing. There are those you want to hold onto forever, ones that you wish you could forget and some that only come back to you when you stop trying to remember them. One thing to be sure of though, they'll always be there with you...At least, that's what Apple Bloom always assumed. Of course, you know what they say about assumptions.

Waking up in a locked room with her old memories gone and her newer ones a scarce mess, Apple Bloom, with some help from her new roommate, will need to look through what's left and find out why she's here, hopefully learn how to recover her lost memories and get herself back to the pony still holding a place in her heart.

So, my second major story in what I'm starting to dub the 'Quickverse' (awful name I know but it's just for starters). This also takes place two decades after the events of season five, at the same time as Rising Above but that isn't required reading, all you'll miss are a few references to that storyline. Enjoy!

With Pinkie Pie's birthday coming up, her friends find themselves facing a bit of a dilemma about how to celebrate it. Fortunately, Cheese Sandwich just so happens to come back to town, and he's more than willing to take over the party planning.

Pinkie is quite thrilled to know her party pal is back in town, but soon she can't help but notice that Cheese seems to be acting rather strange around her.

Will Pinkie be able to figure out why Cheese seems to be acting so odd? And what's the real reason behind Cheese's return to Ponyville?

Flim was never one to argue with Flam. In fact, if the situation had been any different, they might have been able to work it out. But, fate being the fickle thing that it is had other plans. After a heated fight, they split up. There was no going back, the bridge was burned and the damage done.

It soon becomes apparent that things are never as easy as they seem. Several failed attempts later, Flim is out of energy and ideas. Just when he's about to give up, a chance encounter with Applejack changes everything. Working beside the Element of Honesty was the opportunity he needed. If he could prove his sincerity to her, then nopony would question his desire for an honest life. But, as the days drag on, he realizes a truth that may just jeopardize everything. How can he prove his sincerity when he must constantly hide the truth?

This one has been a long time coming. An Honest Life takes place in the same universe as my long running story, What Changes May Come and runs parallel to This Cruel and Random World. There are some aspects from those stories in this one, but there's no need to read either to enjoy this one. Essentially the events are cannon until the middle of season 4.
