The long night was a period of suffering for everypony in Equestria, but nopony suffered more then the very alicorn that brought an end to the sun. Nyx suffered all through her time as Nightmare Moon, locking the only mare she considered her mother in a dark cell to rot.

Unable to forgive Twilight, and angry at her betrayal, Nyx made a doll in the likeness of Twilight which stared at Nyx when she vented her rage and abuse towards it. But no matter how much Nightmare Moon abused and beat the doll, none of it would change it's smile, nor it's caring and loving eyes; both of which tortured the mare of the moon more and more.

With her duties as the queen of the night, Nyx as Nightmare Moon must fight with her own morality and past as Nyx, and find the courage to forgive Twilight, and to face her once again, whilst becoming the queen Spell Nexus intended her to be, but anyone who knows this story knows the outcome.

My name is Aran, and I have lived in Equestria for almost a year now. I don't remember how I arrived to Equestria, but I can never forget what happened when I arrived. As fate would have it, Twilight had to hatch a much bigger egg this time.

The Apocalypse was over. Earth was nothing but a smoldering mass of debris and corpses. The Hellguard had won the war, the humans not putting up much of a fight and the Horsemen killing indiscriminately. As the Hellguard returned to the White City, a strange glowing bluish white rune appeared underneath Death and he disappeared. Death awakened to the sight of small, colorful horses. Oh, how his day did not go his way.

Just something some people wanted me to do.

After Chrysalis gets defeated and Shining Armor and Cadance return to normal, Celestia tells Twilight that she has real wedding to put together. But after all they did to her earlier makes this chance to lose her temper and snap at them.

(This is going through one final set of changes to make it better, because I suddenly realized that Celestia did defend her subjects, so she has no need to be arrested.)

Twilight Sparkle: a name often associated with magic, friendship, harmony, and most recently, ascendant princess of Equestria.
Nopony, not even herself, could have thought that she would be a changeling.

Having committed one of the greatest crimes in Equestrian history Twilight finds herself exiled from her home. None of her close friends side with her during her hearing and she is curious as to why. At the same time she is presented with options she never had in Equestria and a chance at a life more on her own terms than playing nice with nobles or simply being a librarian first and a princess second. Twilight, attempting to find out more about the magic mirror to the human world, casts a spell that was supported to allow her to view other worlds, but instead rips universal chunks out of another dimension and causes them to manifest in Equestria, bringing legendary giant monsters, or daikaiju with them, including one King of the Monsters and his pretender. Now the living force of nature Godzilla marches across Equestrian soil, untouchable and unstoppable. Spears, magic, weather, even the Royal Princesses themselves are but annoying bugs to the atomic titan. And all the while, other monsters rise up against both Godzilla and Equestria - with pony-kind trapped in the middle.

My little ponies, this may be the end of Equestria as we know it!
