Unable to sleep lately, Sunset is advised by her friends to go see the school counselor. Reluctant at first, Sunset gives in, and soon realizes a lot of things about herself, her friends, and her past.

Fluttershy gained a curse when she and her friends tried to deal with the vampire fruit bats. Every full moon, she changes back to her Flutterbat form in varying degrees.

But lately, they haven’t been as bad, and she isn’t so sure it’s a curse anymore.

While drawing up the plans for the School of Friendship, Twilight Sparkle asks Starlight Glimmer to be its guidance counselor.

In hindsight, Starlight's reaction was perfectly understandable given the circumstances.

After foiling Wallflower Blush's scheme, Sunset decides to spend some downtime with Starlight in the human world. They catch up for a while, but soon discover that they have something unique in common: The Trixie from their universe helped save the day at least once. Grateful for this trait, Starlight decides that both Trixies should meet up, since they're heroes and all.

And then the inevitable happens: Both Trixies meet up with each other and immediately decide to have a competition to figure out which Trixie is the Greatest and Most Powerful.

Things only escalate from there.
