A colony ship, carrying over seven thousand people, the Eclipse is constructed. Thanks to its translight engine, it is capable of making the journey within two decades. The expedition is launched with high hopes, its crew made up of the best and brightest, setting out to prove that the vastness of space was no longer an insurmountable obstacle, that landing on distant worlds full of life was no longer just a pipe dream.

What happens when this colony ship's crew arrives at their destination would forever change humanity's outlook on the rest of the universe, as well as what could be deemed possible. Supernatural beings, energies unexplainable, and most importantly, sapient organisms all populate this mysterious, fertile world. Depressed after only having one pony show up for her Winter Concert, Octavia slumps herself within the holiday season. Not to mention the pony that did show up was her marefriend, Vinyl didn't exactly count as a viewer. Nothing to be merry about, Octavia is likely to spend another Hearth's Warming Eve alone, again. The only problem — Octavia wants to spend it alone. Her stubborn marefriend, Vinyl has other plans in mind as a blizzard hits Canterlot quickly and unexpectedly, sealing both ponies inside her apartment until the weather clears. Hilarity or insanity she doesn't know, but Octavia seems to enjoy spending time with the upstart DJ.

Sometimes the touch of an angel can be deadly.

This is not the first time the offspring of fallen angels have walked the earth. But this is the first time they have been bred with one purpose, and one purpose only. To destroy pony kind.

Sixteen year old, Scootaloo, is much more than an average pony. The ultimate seed of destruction, she was born to set the world on fire. Literally. But when Scootaloo fails to follow her deadly destiny, her creators, the Dark Ones embark on an evil quest, spinning a vicious web of deception in order to gain control over her explosive supernatural powers.

Caught in the middle of a war as old as time, Scootaloo meets Alea, a mysterious drifter who tells her she is an angel sent to help her. But her kind of help comes at a price. One Scootaloo isn't sure she wants to pay. If she does choose to accept Alea's offer and meet her demands, the one pony designed to destroy us, will become the only one who can save us.

There's just one problem. Scootaloo isn't good at following orders. As far as she is concerned, discovering that nothing is as it seems, and no one is who they say they are, is one thing. Finding out that she is an angel of darkness who has fallen in love with an angel of light, is quite another. Especially when there can only be one possible outcome.

Heaven and Hell are about to collide.
