Unexpected Love: As a Wonderbolt, Soarin' could have any mare he wants, but he doesn't want just any mare. He wants a special mare. Twilight has never been interested in romance, and as she tells herself: 'The future of Equestria doesn't depend on me falling in love.' That all changes when she meets a certain Wonderbolt.

Love and Family: It has been months into Soarin' and Twilight's relationship, and everyday Soarin' finds himself loving her more and more, but dating a Wonderbolt has a cost. It means missed dates and late dinners, and now Soarin' can't help but feel that his absence is slowly breaking Twilight's heart. Will he be able to show Twilight his undying love for her and will he be able to convince Twilight's father to trust him?

To be a Parent: Soarin' had been married to Twilight for almost a year now. He is now living in the Library with Twilight and he hasn't been happier. Until one day they find out that there is going be an addition to the family and they were going to be a parents. Leaving Twilight wondering if she is ready to be a mother and if Soarin' is ready to be a father. With the help and their friends and family, a library of books, and the knowledge that they love their foals they start the journey of parenting.

What Makes a Parent: What does it mean to be a Mother? A father? Is it simply raising a foal or something more? Is loving a foal enough to be a good parent? Soarin' and Twilight ask themselves these questions. When Soarin' is confronted by his past; is he ready face it? And can he forgive, or are there offences that are unforgivable?

However, what most ponies don't know is that Octavia, a high-class socialite, isn't exactly much better herself, despite countless rumours about a liason between her and a certain DJ.

Twilight Sparkle must go to Ponyville to oversee the Summer Sun Celebration. She sends Spike to check on the preparations so she can study Nightmare Moon and the Elements of Harmony. She meets five unlikely ponies that may turn out to be her friends and the key to defeating Nightmare Moon, as well as other challenges.

But now that Princess Luna has returned, and has begun to share the burdens of rule that Celestia has had to carry alone for so long, she is forced to come to grips with the isolation and loneliness that she has brought upon herself. Having kept herself distant from her subjects for so long, she turns to the pony whose friendly nature has already helped to save Equestria on multiple occasions for help and comfort.

The wonderbolts are in town. But there are things we don't know about equestrias best flyers. Like a secret crush that our favourite captain has hidden all these years.

Dante has been given a job to help his shop get into business. But what happens if something went wrong during his job and he winds up in Equestria. At the same time a hidden and ancient evil before Celestia's Parents were born, starts to seethe back into Equestria, How will Equestria handle this new evil, How will Equestria handle Dante, and how will Dante handle Equestria and its citizens? Twilight Sparkle has been a princess for a month now, and she has been having some problems with her duties. Celestia noticed this and sent her nephew Blueblood to teach Twilight how to rule, but in return, Twilight has to teach Blueblood how to act nicely. As time goes by the two start to fall for each other, but they will meet some obstacles, mainly in the form of a captian, a fashion designer, and a night princess.

When Luna becomes the unwitting test subject of an ancient spell she discovered, she gets more than she bargained for.

Now a male alicorn named Lucian, he is forced to wait for several months before he can go back to being the mare he once was. With the help of Twilight Sparkle, however, he realizes that his accidental transformation is not the curse he had believed it to be. Thanks to his new identity, he is able to move into Ponyville without being recognized, and gets to make friends for the first time in centuries, learning many important lessons along the way.

At the same time, however, Lucian must deal with his own long-forgotten personal demons; what can he do when his past begins to catch up to him? Can he protect those closest to him? And more importantly, can he even protect himself?

The answers, perhaps, may lie with his sister's greatest pupil... who may come to be far more than just a friend to him.

Note to readers: This story takes place between season 2 and season 3. Therefore, inconsistencies with season 3 canon may ocasionally occur. Consider it an "Alternate season 3," if you wish.
