People once believed that when someone dies, a crow carries their soul to the land of the dead. But sometimes, something so bad happens that a terrible sadness is carried with it and the soul can't rest. Then sometimes, just sometimes, the crow can bring that soul back to put the wrong things right.

Twilight Sparkle is given permission to explore the Canterlot Caves after the invasion but, while inside, she discovers an ancient and primordial being, an literal force of nature, a creature said to be over a million years old...and it's now awake, how will she, and her friends, handle an adventure of a lifetime? Will they be able to get knowledge from a creature older than Celestia herself? Will they be able to bring it out of its well of sadness? Will they be able to show it that friendship really IS magic, or will it be driven away by their persistence of trying to become friends with it after it was betrayed and cause it to never been seen again?

Have you ever imagined that one day you would wake up in a strange new world in an even stranger new body? Well I never have but it still happened and now I am running around in my OC’s body in a land I thought was nothing more than a silly children’s cartoon.

Well here I am…in the land where friendship is supposedly magic as an alicorn no less, staying with the two pegasi sisters while trying to make sense of my situation and keeping my whole alicorn appearance a secret…especially from the OTHER two alicorn’s. God knows what happens when these ponies find out what I really am...Both now and what i used to be.

Hopefully, one day…all of this will make sense and let’s just hope I don’t cause too much chaos while trying to find answers and trying to find a way back home.

[Displaced Story]

Today was the day, today I was going to finally go to a real convention after all these years, and I have the perfect cosplay outfit in mind: Riku Replica! I thought today would be the most perfect day of my life...but then I met someone calling himself "The Merchant". I've heard the rumors; about people going to conventions, buying some rare and nearly unobtainable item, and then they just...disappeared.

I laughed it off, thinking it to be just rumors, but HE proved me wrong.

Now, I'm trapped in that TV show that my little sister keeps making me watch, what was the name again? My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic? Yeah, that's it. When I find myself there, I'm in the middle of what appears to be an invasion of quadrupedal bugs with wings and horns in a beautiful city.

...I should probably stop narrating and help these ponies fight off the bugs.

I brought this concept up in a forum on the Displaced group and decided since nobody else is writing it, then I will.

Awakening as BlackWarGreymon, a lost human tries to adjust even as more surprises and traps spring up. Yet timing and fate seem set against him, as events lead him to being imprisoned in stone before he could make a name for himself. Branded by the crown as a villain, he struggles to adapt years later once free and takes an unlikely ally as his protector and savior. But what will his presence do to the events ongoing throughout Equestria? What truths will he find beyond the public eye? More importantly: Will he embrace his given role, or will he strive to be his own 'mon?

Preface
This is hands down the most dedicated piece of writing I've worked on to date. Before this lies many an aborted fanfic including some over on fanfiction.net. All of whom were nowhere near as taken seriously by me as this one was. Months were put into this just to reach the release point for the story itself. Struggling with my own procrastination and real life priorities made every paragraph I wrote important to me and I'm so happy to finally be releasing this. It may be a silly crossover between Digimon and My Little Pony, but I love the MLP fandom/show and I'm a huge sucker for successful crossover tales. So putting this much time and effort into a tale like this was thrilling as much as it was terrifying. I had to motivate myself so much at times and I hated every time my obsession over rewriting and editing older chapters got in the way of moving forward. But I think it was worth it in the end. I hope everyone who clicks on my tale and reads this enjoys the adventure you're about to go on as much as I did writing it.

Finally, major thanks to goattrain for drawing the amazing cover art. He's an awesome dude and I love looking at it every time I view this story. Thanks again man!

Equestria, a land of peace and prosperity, ruled by the wise Princess Celestia and Luna. Or, that's what it use to be. Now its hardly peaceful, and its hardly prosperous. Well, unless you have a horn or live on the top; or in some cases the clouds.

And as for Celestia and Luna? Well no one knows where they went. They weren't dead, the sun and the moon still rose and set, but they certainly weren't around to lead. So who was in charge? Why Blueblood of course, and his council of friends. So no worries.

And as for peace, well, we won't get into all the politics. Lets just say that, ambitions and insults go a long way towards peace and war. Especially when one doesn't need to worry anymore about keeping the sun and moon on their daily schedule; or the magical cure all known as the Elements of Harmony.

Yes Equestria was in a sorry state, or better off depending on who you asked. It needed a hero, or maybe....

...maybe it needs.....an Overlord.

Frisk made many mistakes for doing the genocide route in her timeline. But as if by miracle, she was sent to another world before making the worst choice ever. Will she be able to learn from her mistakes and start a new with a happier end?
