What happens, happens. I think that is one of the rules of Causality as stated by the late, great Douglas Adams. It is a pretty important rule and I use it to guide me through life, no matter what goes on in it. So, when I was driving to an out of town job and found myself in another world, I did my best to take everything in stride.

I would be the first to say the adjustment is not easy. Especially, when the first thing you do is make yourself a pony distrusted, disliked and defamed by some national heros. Thinking about that, I think I have to invoke another Douglas Adams quote. "Don't Panic."

This is the result of me getting bored one day and starting writing. Now that I got a bit of it done, I wouldn't mind honest opinions, and flame away if you feel the need. I have thick skin.

As you might notice, there are a few chapters with a box at the top. These are the ones that my editor and I went through again, and hopefully improved. I'll refrain from changing plot but spelling, grammar and flow are all up for grab. Especially for the early chapters.

When Pinkie Pie starts to become a tad overweight, and all her friends notice it, she is forced to do one thing she has never done in her whole life.... She has to go on a diet. It's just a small sweets diet. She can go a couple weeks without her regular amount of sugar.... Right? Actually, no. She can't. But she can try.

Ugh... All I wanted, was some more soda. I never thought that my usual routine could possibly go THIS wrong. Oi...What am I going to do?

I had always had problems with controlling my anger. It got me in a lot of trouble. Expelled from high school even.

So when I was brought into a strange new world, expected to keep my anger under control in the face of bigotry and racism. Well, it made for some interesting events.

Let's just say your luck with the mares isn't all that great, two months in Ponyville and you've had your heart stomped on more times than you can count. That coupled with the fact you've lost your job, your house, and have barely enough bits to feed yourself means your life isn't exactly going so great. And after another botched attempt at a relationship you're ready to swear off of the whole dating game for good.
But after a night of drunken debauchery you awaken to find yourself in the service of Ponyville's premiere fashionista, you're willing to forget your previous pledge to the single life after she proves herself to be the kindest and most generous pony you've ever met, but only time will tell if she'll be your future lover or the next in line of a long list of mare's who you'd rather forget.

The Great and Powerful Trixie has returned to Ponyville, and to make amends for her earlier transgressions has decided to put on a new and spectacular show that everypony can enjoy. Unfortunately, at the apex of her performance, one rainbow coloured pegasus on the run from a fuming Rarity sets off a chain-sequence of events that hurls herself, Applejack and Derpy into a world they know little about.

Now, as they struggle to get home, they find themselves in the middle of a world-wide conflict between ponies that they can't hope to understand and will have to take part in if they want to survive it, and their moral decisions will not only decide the lives of themselves, but everypony else involved.

Yet, neither side was completely ignorant of the other. On Earth, there was the show "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic" and in Equestria there was the ever popular movie serial "The Dark World: Technology is Courage" which was a favorite of colts everywhere as well as the "Pumans".

And now both sides learn through an event that the other is real. Come join us as we watch as both sides learn to work and live together. And as they find out that events on their respective fiction was not as nice as it seemed as we widen the lenses of the view points...
