Daring Did: Tales of an Adventurer's Companion is a fanfiction series that aims to breathe new life into a once-popular headcanon: that Twilight Velvet—Twilight Sparkle's mother—was directly involved with Daring Do and her adventures. Travel with Daring Do and Twilight Velvet across Equestria and beyond as they discover treasures of old, battle dangerous foes, and unearth the knowledge the world’s past has to offer. Drawing inspiration from real-world archeology, locales, and cultures; auxiliary MLP material like the IDW comics and G.M. Berrow chapter books; and standard action-adventure fare like Uncharted and Indiana Jones, Daring Did combines all of these elements into a witty, yet deep narrative that captures a spirit of exploration and exhilaration.

The girls decide to listen in on alien transmissions. But will they like what they hear? This is a bit of a random one off that suddenly popped into my head when I was looking at the features page. If they could tune in to human music, why not military transmissions? I realize that the story is not very coherent, but it was a good distraction.

Cherry Berry loves cherries- every pony knows it. Cherry Berry does all sorts of odd jobs around Ponyville- every pony knows that, too.

What not every pony knows is that Cherry Berry's passion is flying- quite unusual for an earth pony. She flies a balloon and a helicopter... and now she's working on something even better, with the help of other ponies and a lot of bits.

They say you can learn a great amount by reading a book, but what happens when you learn something that nopony was ever supposed to know about?

A head full of romance is what many Canterlot ponies would call a frivolous waste of time. Everypony was meant to play by the rules of high society: keep your nose in the air, laugh at important ponies' jokes, and attend all of the right parties. Upper Crust and Jet Set had been diligent in raising their daughter Crystal Wishes to be a pony everypony would know, but she wanted more out of life than that. She hoped she would someday meet a handsome prince and fall in love, just like in the stories she wrote.

Crystal knew life wasn't as easy as a foal's tale, but that didn't stop her from dreaming. All of the wishes, hopes, and dreams inside her heart escaped into her precious notebook as she wrote about princesses in power and dashing knights. So long as nopony found out her secret, she could continue to play the part of a dutiful daughter while waiting for her own love story to begin.

All branches of Equestria's military receive airborne certification at Fort Withers, but inter–service rivalry and prejudices have always been a sore point in the barracks.

Lovey Dovey is not only a professional matchmaker, but she's pretty sure she's the best in all of Equestria! What happens when Lovey hears about an eligible bachelor in Manehattan that isn't giving any mares the time of day? Well, she packs her bags and hops on the next train, of course!

For three years Lucky Clover hasn't set a hoof in Ponyville. Manehattan had been his home, his business, his life. His days had been filled with the same buzz of the cityfolk about their streets; he greeted such bustle with a smile, hoping enough work would help brush away the faint images of a tragic nightmare clawing at him in his sleep.

That is, when he sleeps.

Then, Lucky Clover decides to return home—his true home—and there he met an old friend at a café upon his return. Over a few drinks, their misty smiles fade away, leaving behind only truths.

Rose doesn't like math, until a strange, fez-wearing stallion shows up at her door.

A short fic based on a quote I heard from watching nine hours of Doctor Who in a row. The Doctor mentions going back in time to help Rose Tyler with her homework, and naturally that idea was just too cute to resist.

The Doctor refers to Rose as his "RoseLuck" because it was an idea in an early headcanon of mine to explain the name confusion of Rose/RoseLuck.

Will do a more serious edit and make it less of a load of crap later, because I was pushed for the word limit and I'm pressed with homework at the moment.
