It's time for Cozy Glow to get back out in the real world and figure out where she fits into Equestria. She's tried superheroics, supervillainy, and accidentally destroyed the world; now she has to try being normal. Yeah, probably not.

The story of a foal once thought beyond redemption, trying to find a way to fit into society and be okay with herself and her past. But this is not just Cozy's story; her actions and experiences will have a serious impact on the lives and directions of the many ponies she comes into contact with – especially her best friend, Sunset Shimmer, and her adoptive mother, Luna.

This story was written at a blazing fast pace for its size and complexity, and is, in many ways, my loveletter to MLP:FIM and the Brony community. Thanks to all of you for being here, being great people, and generally supporting each other.

Everypony worth their salt should have a backup plan. Cozy Glow knows this better than anyone. And when things start going south, what better backup is there than to go back in time and try again?

But when she ends up accidentally flinging herself into the future instead, she finds that maybe some goals aren’t worth pursuing.

Twilight Velvet knows one thing that her daughter Princess Twilight Sparkle has forgotten; that Cozy Glow might be a wannabe despot, a power-hungry pegasus who allied herself with Chrysalis and Tirek, but in the end ... she was only a filly. Twilight Velvet is determined to see just what kind of filly Cozy Glow really is, at her core. But can she be saved? Or is Cozy Glow truly irredeemable?

Starlight Glimmer, a troubled pony who was reformed and now seems to live a happy life with Twilight as her teacher and friend. Her life seems to be perfect, but what's going on inside her mind? With ponies not giving her a chance and still changing the details from her past to make it worse, the ponies start to get to Starlight and soon awful thoughts start to plague her mind.

Cozy Glow awakens from her stone prison to find herself in the care of a strange, taciturn stallion. She soon discovers that the world has changed significantly from what she remembered, and not for the better.

It's been twenty-five years since the so-called "Final Battle for Equestria". The three-pronged head of the villain cabal that nearly took the kingdom down, Cozy Glow, has been awake the entire time, feeling every second trapped inside a statue in her dishonor. All she wants is revenge.

Flurry Heart was only a baby during the events that led to Cozy's demise. Ever since she had the ability to read, she was perplexed by the nonsensical actions and motivations of this little filly. Why did she do what she did? Why was she punished so? The curiosity was too much.

The dusty old books in the Crystal Empire tell her nothing. But an idea creeps into her mind. What better way to find out than to ask Cozy Glow directly? What's the worst that could happen?

When Flurry Heart met Cozy Glow, sparks flew. A few things were bound to catch on fire.

2022 UPDATE:
Finally, i have a direction for this story! I have several chapters in the works and a plan for how this romance will play out. The rating of the story will change from E to T because I want to plumb a little deeper into Cozy's dark past and how that will affect their relationship. Be warned, there will be some limited gory stuff in a later chapter. Relapses happen, after all. But the course of true love never did run smooth, and Cozy and Flurry need a few bumps in the road before they find their happily ever after. Thanks for your patience if you were one of the people who waited on me for an entire year!

It's been four months since Flurry and Cozy started dating, and for sure they love each other very much. And they always want to be together, forever.

This story is an AU. In it, Cozy Glow and the other two are reformed and live their own lives.
And Cozy Glow is dating Flurry, and they're both grown ups.
