Twilight Sparkle is at the castle library again doing her normal research. As she finishes her studies for the day, a book with a unique title catches her eye. What will she find in this book, and what will happen after she's read it? Read and find out.

Accidents are inevitable. They can happen to everyone. Some of them may be harmless, but others can be devastating. And when Rainbow Dash is torn apart by a disaster she feels responsible for, she struggles to find a way to deal with the consequences.

What starts out as an information gathering quest leads to a dangerous encounter and a shocking revelation that shakes the pair to their very core. What does the future hold for our brave adventurers? What caused these terrible events to take place? And where, exactly, are they?

Princess Celestia is a being committed to doing her duty, but that doesn't always mean that she enjoys it; faced with yet another long, lonely night in the castle filling out paperwork about this and that, she longs for a distraction. And soon enough, it comes in the form of a most unexpected visitor arriving via a rather unorthodox method. Straight through her rather expensive windows, in fact.

Rainbow Dash is visiting relatives in the northern part of Equestria when she stumbles upon a block of ice frozen in a cavern in the mountains. Upon touching the ice, she awakens an ancient Pegasus, Fjord Runner. The ancient flier has been in his frozen prison since before the rule of Celestia, Luna, and even Discord! Now that he has revived, he has a lot to learn about the modern world. It's going to take everything Dash has to show him the ropes, and not be killed by this Nordic warrior.

...yeah, this won't end well.

Story based on an awesome fic by Aegis Shield called Twilight and the Spartan Stallion.

Rainbow Dash has always been loyal to her friends and Equestria. Such loyalty was unmatched, legendary even. That is, until the day she discovers a strange creature lying in the Everfree Forest. Her friendships are put to the test, when instead of simply handing the creature over to the princess, she finds herself caring for it in secret.

She soon learns that some secrets come with high costs. But is it really worth betraying a friend's life even if it means remaining loyal to the ones you already have?

Rated Teen for possible violence just in case. Random tag because I have a good idea where the story is headed, but I haven't worked out all the details.

Celestia, Luna, Twilight, and her friends bask in the mid afternoon sun after having a much enjoyable picnic. Rainbow Dash, who has grown bored of lounging around, decides that she wants to challenge Celestia to a race, proving who is the fastest in Equestria. Could it be the Supersonic Pegasus, or the Alicorn Goddess?

Twilight has always loved mysteries. Researching them, dissecting them, and finally, solving them. Almost nothing could compare to the joy she feels when finding an answer to a question no pony knew.

But there are mysteries with answers better left unheard, truths that aren't meant to be known. Now Twilight has solved a mystery with an answer she doesn't want, an answer she can never forget.

Twilight Sparkle's wildest dreams have just been met, and exceeded. Due to an unexpected magical outburst during her entrance exam to Princess Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns, the Solar Princess herself took an interest and took Twilight on as her personal student.

This was a pleasant shock for Twilight and her family. However, a few months later, a less pleasant shock would reach Twilight in the form of Celestia returning to Canterlot with a new daughter, a freshly adopted pegasus filly named Rainbow Dash. As the two get to know each other, Twilight can clearly see something eating at the self absorbed and competitive filly's mind.

To make matters even more confusing, Princess Celestia is now hiding something. Twilight dares not question it, but it is quite clear that Celestia isn't being wholly open with anypony about her decision to adopt some random orphan.

Could the answers have something to do with the cryptic dream Twilight had the night before she met Rainbow Dash?
