As the Particle Accerelation Reality Transfer comes online, it chooses a host. A human host.

The P.A.R.T. alone holds too much power for one being alone. And that's why it's not just a device.
It's sentient. And it has quite the personality.

It starts off as a normal day in the life of humans living in Manhattan and the life of ponies in Equestria. Chrysalis and Celestia then engage in a fight which results in a massive magical explosion that sends the entire population of Equestria into our reality. There, the good ponies team up with humans and do every day things... but the evil ponies (Chrysalis, Kyra, and even Pinkamena) plot a way to take over the world. Chrysalis ends up disguising herself as a member of the President's secret service in order to impersonate the man himself (Note: Not Obama. A made-up pres). She then rules the nation without anyone knowing. But when the good ponies figure it out, they do everything in their power to save the world.

Laura had never met her mom. Her dad told her that the two had to go separate ways, because of the medieval laws of her mom's home country. Wanting to have a better life for her daughter, her mom "Chryssie" (a nickname apparently) said that dad should take Laura with him, so she could have a better life.

Now years later, Laura's dad is overseas at the moment. He promised to look up on international laws, in order to get their mother to live with them. Little does the girl know that her mother has plans of her own.

Chrysalis is being chased through the forest by Timber Wolves and has no hope, until she is saved by a human called Ryo, who she does not understand. However, the two get along and help each other until the day Ryo is foretold to die, which is in two weeks.

Ten years have passed since Rainbow Dash performed her second Sonic Rain-boom. She was approched by Dr. Atmosphere shortly after her feat to work in the Upper Rainbow Factory. The secret Upper Rainbow Factory, off limits to normal Pegasi, was where the rainbows were made for Equestria. Gleefully she agreed, until she saw what horrors laid inside. Unwilling, or incapable, she couldn't bring herself to take down the horrible sights that were flaunted before her. After years of having death and destruction ground into her mind, Rainbow Dash's psyche has begun to crumble. The only thing left keeping her sanity in tack is her #1 fan, Scootaloo. With years of helping the young filly practice for her Flight exam, Rainbow has done everything to make sure she will pass the exam and not wind up in the wrong place. Unfortunitly something goes wrong and Rainbow Dash is forced into making a decision she'll regret. Hopefully the outsider brought to Equestria by Princess Celestia will help her keep her sanity.

It's been five years since the Rainbow Factory was shut down by Princess Celestia, and what information was released to the public, was heavily censored. The factory had been abandoned and, with specific instructions from Princess Celestia, still loomed over Cloudsdale. You are currently undergoing your first year in flight school. Your father had worked at the weather factory before it shut down but after it was condemned, you never heard from him again.
Today at school, your history class discussed the factory in as much detail as was permitted. However, today's lesson gave your classmates an idea.

I've always liked change. It gives curiosity a chance to experience new and exhilarating ways to retry aspects in life. But when it comes to the point where physical or mental trauma are caused by the change, I draw an unswayable line. The very idea of pain from such a productive source shakes me to my very core, but I get through it. I've always gotten through it in the end and returned with a righteous determination, so what would prevent me from doing so now?

Rainbow Dash has always been loyal to her friends and Equestria. Such loyalty was unmatched, legendary even. That is, until the day she discovers a strange creature lying in the Everfree Forest. Her friendships are put to the test, when instead of simply handing the creature over to the princess, she finds herself caring for it in secret.

She soon learns that some secrets come with high costs. But is it really worth betraying a friend's life even if it means remaining loyal to the ones you already have?

Rated Teen for possible violence just in case. Random tag because I have a good idea where the story is headed, but I haven't worked out all the details.
