Very well done. I haven't read many clopfics, but this is one of the best in my opinion. The emotion is definitely there, unlike the more common counterparts to this. Ya sure you haven't done this before?
And what a strange alternate universe... So ponies and humans actually coexist in this world? My thoughts on their first actions: Celestia offers peace, humans capture messengers, humans invade, Equestria retaliates... Er, sorry for jeopardizing the heartwarming mood that this story conveys.
Sweet, but not as much as to ruin the story. Sex, but not unbalanced as to make the story characters abstract, mindless sex machines. My conclusion? Divide, you're a natural at this! (I'll leave it up to you to decide whether that was joking or genuine)
... Sequel? I don't see this turning out like Anthro. Plus, was worth the experience of reading, for the sake of writing techniques ONLY! Yes... I'll just go with that.

No, seriously. We hardly get a backstory on the main character (it's skipped over), very little information on the Equis-Earth Immigration laws (most fascinating concept), no buildup to the "climax," as it were (huehuehue), Raindrops instantly falling for "you" basically makes the mane character (oh god why) a Mary Sue, and overall everything feels contrived and unrelatable.
Oh, but I don't actually give a damn. Story was short, sweet, and to the point. Also hawt. I just felt the need to point out what this actually is, although I'm more than sure you don't need me for that. Still, I wouldn't have come (lol) if I didn't know what I was getting myself into. Good work sir, it was a fun read.

When I thought of it, it bypassed all my mental "Bad Pun" filters due to being so bad. Though, the scissor part had me thinking "Scissor me Timbers" all through my two classes.

Not sure if it is adding or subtracting a chromosome, more like exchanging the puny, shrimp of a chromosome called the Y Chromosome for the robust and full X Chromosome. (Us guys got the short end of the stick when it comes to sex chromosomes.)

Not my usual sort of thing, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. Couldn't resist it when I recognised the title, the Dead Audio remix of 'Raindrops' was my favourite track of last year. And Raindrops is best pony. Nice one!
