Also I will note she is likely a Keter Class. I would say Euclid, but the fact that she is capable of bending reality makes her almost impossible to contain.
And with her ability to warp [Redacted] into shapes in such a horrifying way is rather beyond a fair amount of Euclids.
Ok now that's terrifying, the foreshadowing made the entire otherwise wholesome party feel... untrustworthy and eerie building up to a terrifying description at the end.

But more seriously this was interesting if a bit unsettling till it got right to the down right disturbing part. YouTube started recommending me scp videos like a week or so ago and maybe I just haven't gotten deep enough yet but this is probably the single most downright unsettling one I've seen so far. ...Go look up what the "Safe" category actually means. Sentience inherently disqualifies you. Doesn't even require full sapience; wild animals picking fight of flight at basically random is exactly the sort of thing that qualifies you for Euclid.

Remember that most of the young age 16 or below D class are terminally ill children that the foundation takes off of the doctors promising to give the kids an interesting experience before they go. (yes the teddy bear can heal most of these but he's not always on hand) Since Pinkie seems to show up to children I believe that she would keep their morale up even if they're going to pass thus allowing them to participate in the experiment with more readiness and a better emotional state. I'm not saying collateral damage wouldn't happen but I mean 3,000 is considered Thaumiel and they literally feed them a D class every time to get the stuff that they make. If she is around to help keep the younger D class spirits up a couple of researchers lost is a small price to pay with the Ethics Committee

Kinda seems like they had her as safe because she followed a easy to understand set of rules they could work around, though i do think they should have had her as Elucid; if not because she was sapient, at the least because she is a reality warper that only maintains presence anywhere near the foundation for a party.
There are safe sapients but not safe reality warpers.
Maybe they didn't know she was sapient untill she changed her pattern(to kill parents that absolutely deserved it) and assumed sentience(at best) given her consistent pattern and lack of communication outside of producing the perfect parties.
Went into this thinking it would be one of those disquieting but mostly harmless and benign anomalies. Nope.

There are elucids that require regular sacrifices, so "sad birthdayless child" per day is achievable. Hell, bet they made like the pizza box and have let employee's children cycle(tell them no birthday then put them in a certain space designated for Pinkie pie party day)-
Untill she put a very, very sad child as higher priority and murdered his abusive parents in the meantime.
Question: did she not show up for the regularly scheduled containment party, was there no containment plan (they sometimes stop trying if its not worth it or possible and go to coverup mode instead), or did she show up at more places than one?
