Following the huge fight with her brother, Twilight is depressed until “Cadance” decides to take her to a nearby bar for a few drinks. She goes on a bender and ends up waking up in a hospital hungover, in pain, and surrounded by her friends and loved ones with no memory of what happened before she got knocked out.
After a huge tell-off, she learns that fake Cadance/Queen Chrysalis did something horrible to her that led to her hospitalization and the wedding being postponed. She discovers how the changeling invasion went down, and that everyone ended up learning a hard lesson.
Based off of a recurring dream I had of Twilight getting hammered and drunkenly going off at everyone for abandoning her.
Rated T for drinking, an allusion to date rape, suggestive humor, and cursing.

I think the recap at the start is a little redundant and breaks the flow of the scene. The rest of the prologue is a little fast-paced and simplified, but the idea behind it is certainly interesting.

As someone that does drink and has had more than my fair share of hangovers, I can say that yeah, they suck. That still doesn't explain her sudden change in temperament, as hangovers can last for hours. What helps me is plenty of water, scrambled eggs, and sleep. (Not sure why, but eggs are perfect for hangovers.) But even then, it takes me several hours to get back to normal.

She is still drunk AND is slightly hungover from what booze her body has already burned off, so it's sending her into a sort of pregnancy style mood swings, I have seen it happen mostly to those who don't drink much or are first time drinkers with no resistance. After a couple of hours, some coffee and some sleep she should be fine

You can say its dead now. I'll be writing a story that was inspired by this one where Twilight woke up and saw that she was pregnant but have no idea how she became pregnant in the first place. Chrysalis will be by Twilight's side the entire time during the entire pregnancy, but the story won't have the mature rating. The story will have the teen rating with the sex tag because of, hello, talks about sex from Chrysalis.
