Would it be better if every single chapter was about Spike? Honestly, I don't think so. If every character was flat, save for Spike, there would be no real interaction between him and the new environment he's found himself in. Keep in mind, Spike may be the main character, but OC's are the lifeblood of the series. This is why OC is listed on the roster, not because they're just props, but because they're living beings that deserve as much time as Spike. And, come to think of it, you already know a lot about Spike as a viewer of the show, so there's never any need for explanation when we're talking about Spike's backstory. The OC's, on the other hand, need explanation.

Now, I've left this story be for almost a year now, but I occasionally check up on its statistics. Sorry if I've barraged you with a huge volume of words, but I'm very passionate when it comes to my original characters. I don't think they are any less important than Spike, and that was my main idea when writing the first chapters so long ago.

Yeah but you add oc in the middle of a oc chapter and you repeated that so many times I mean one at a time it's like playing a game in fallout there's the main story (spike) then there's side quest (oc) you finish the main story 1st or at least don't start side quest in the middle of other missions it's just to confusing and annoying

Well, you got me on all accounts there. Looking back on my work from three years ago, I'm just as disappointed as you, honestly haha. I was a rookie then, as we all once were. Hell, I still am now. But thanks for helping me out nonetheless. Luckily, I still visit this page from time to time just to reminisce. Things were a lot simpler back then haha, and so was my writing. Still, seeing all my old work really helps me appreciate how far I've come. Your rant is justified; I tell myself the exact same thing when I read it. Thanks for the feedback, man.
