A few minor spelling and grammatical derps, but it's alright in the end. I skimmed past the clop for the most part, it was alright but I've read better. Keep working on it if you want improve, it's a hard type of thing to write excellently.
For the story, though, I want to see the reactions of every other being that's going to get involved in this in a 'after the month had passed' type of way. Primarily Celestia's and Luna's reactions.
Also, it's 'lay' or 'laid', not 'lye'. Lye is a chemical, once used in soap because of its harsh, painful disinfectant properties. Lay is current, Laid is past-tense, and 'will Lie' is for the future.

I'd have to go and re-read again completely. My suggestion is to read the thing aloud, it helps me catch them. I read 'out loud' in my head for everything, so I do it automatically, for the most part.
