This has... potential. The dialog and characterizations are off in a way I can't quite put my hoof on, but probably have to do with how fast the narration moves. The narrator has to slow down and smell the, well you know. Show better, and this might be really funny.
I admit, I didn't see that ending coming!

It's a bit quick, the speech seems off on many characters and the ending comes out of left field. But I'm certain that folk will see the humor in this and not be offended that Appledash is made fun or or that we have another Flutterslave story. It's all for the lulz, as they say.

"We were meant to be a couple. Last night proves it!"....sex means nothing of the sort. But since that was said by a character, and not implied to be true by the narration, I'll let that slide. Had this been an actual romance, however, that would have been a terrible line.
Twilight is out of character, and Fluttershy's situation makes me feel bad for her, but considering this seems not to be meant to be taken seriously, that's a moot issue.
Since this turned out to not actually be a romance, I can't even say anything about the fact that there was absolutely no romantic or sexual tension.
What I can say, though, it's extremely disappointing. It's really set up as if it's going to be a romance, with Rainbow Dash and Applejack ending up as a couple...and then this. I R Trolled.

I normally find stories only through the browse feature, I'm very strict with the filters. (I tend to add A LOT of filters), so I'm not prone to coming across stories just because people keep talking about them in comments sections :P So no, I haven't read it. But I'll look for it right now.

Simpleminded already exists as a single word, no need for a hyphen here.
Better to use a comma or ellipsis (…) instead of a single period to show pauses in speech.
3 things wrong here. 1st the spelling, "ménage à trois". 2nd, foreign-language phrases like this should be italicized. 3rd, this isn't even the right phrase for this situation. As Fluttershy is referring to a casual sex act, she should be using the word "threesome". "Ménage à trois" refers to a long-term polyamorous relationship, the literal English translation is "household of three".
