Bon Bon had honestly thought her life as a secret Agent wouldn't come back to haunt her. But, when the Bug Bear returned, she became worried. She meets with Celestia after the wedding, asking if there is anything she should be concerned about.

What Celestia tells her, shocks her to the core. She has a daughter, a clone created from her own DNA from her Agent days on the off-hoof chance she would need replacing. When the agency dissolved, the clone was given to a family, Celestia not knowing Bon Bon hadn't known the clone was still alive or whether or not she'd wanted to keep her as her own daughter.

Now, Bon Bon must find a way to break it to the filly that her life has been a lie. She isn't the pony she thought she was and her family are, tehcnially speaking, not her family.

Motherhood was never said to be easy. Well, when your daughter's a clone of yourself and has lived all her life unaware, it's even harder.

An idea that popped right into my head after a comment Black Gryph0n made during the Bronies React 100th Episode.

The Militia recently suffered one of their greatest losses at the hands of the IMC, and nearly lost an entire battlegroup. However, one Destroyer damaged it's warp drive, and was sent deep into uncharted territory. Along with it, one of their best Pilots, Joshua, went along for the ride. Haunted by his mistakes in the IMC Pilot seats, he vowed to do right by his new position, and that includes helping whoever needs him, whether they be former IMC, hardcore Militia, or even talking magical ponies, as they begin to battle across Equestria, fighting to help maintain one form of peace where theirs had previously failed. Assisted by the Destroyer, known as Horizon, Joshua will lead the Equestrians through war against all of their known enemies, and help to find his own salvation among the alien populace.

I do not know if there is anything at all written anywhere about the technologies of the ships or anything about the characters (if there are any) in Titanfall, so it's mostly assumptions from other EA titles, and what I believe may have happened in the background of the Campaign.

Original characters used, so warning about that, and maybe a little bit jumpy here and there, but this is the first time I've taken on Titanfall, and what I find best to use, so there.

You've had a relatively happy past few days in Equestria, although your memory of your horrible, tragic death back on Earth haunts you, and Twilight stops by your workplace with a piece of happy news. The royals have approved your request for a 'temporary citizenship visa', a little bit of what seems like bureaucratic nonsense but you've gone along with it, and you'll be going off to Canterlot soon. Fleur de Lis, your 'adviser' during this transition, shows you around your new job, your new apartment, and everything else.

Fleur gets rid of your worries and concerns; she shows you you how the princesses sincerely want to help you fit in and set up you up to use your talents in the best way, helping ponies. Yet you feel this aura of sadness that you can't shake. It's not just that you saw your family dying with you back on earth, causing you to wake up screaming. It's that Fleur drills down to you that your wonderful life in Canterlot will be fleeting and that they'll try to bounce you back soon. That horrible clock on your visa counts down-- 325 days remaining before the unique background radiation of Equestria's sun kills you again.

Fleur comforts you however she can. You can't help yourself, and this sweet, tender emotional attraction turns into something more. You've never seen someone this outwardly beautiful with this kind of powerful beauty on the inside.

Two years after the attack on Equestria, Queen Chrysalis finds herself broken and unable to go on, but there is hope. Discord and the original Queen Chrysalis came up with a spell many years ago, bring a girl from another dimension to Equestria, and she would become the new Queen. Though she would have the previous Queen to help her take on the ultimate disguise.
Though this is not all the new Queen faces, a dark force has risen, with power strong enough that even the old queen fears it. Their choices could affect the future of Equestria, and not just for pony and changeling, but every creature! Who will survive? And can something that the Queen has denied for so long, be the key to their success? Read on to find out!

Story takes place during Season 4 of the show. And though we might see background ponies introduced after that or some canon stuff learned after that, most changeling canon now being made in season 6 will either be used if it is still relevant to my plans, or will be ignored. (Changelings hatching into Larva for one example.)

The story picks up when Twilight was returning to Ponyville after visiting with four of her old friends from Canterlot. This leaves just Moondancer, Twinkleshine, Lemon Hearts, and Minuette to hang out until Lyra is scheduled to arrive.
Moondancer wasn't always the closest with these three, so she ended up missing out on some pretty important events. Fortunately for her, they're more than happy to share a story at their favorite donut place.

All of this is based off of headcanons I developed looking at information I found in the Wikipedia entries for these background ponies and what little we've seen of them in the show. Yen Sid, receives a message from an old friend of his asking for the assistance of a Keyblade Bearer. Dark and mysterious happenings have suddenly started appearing in Equestria. Sora is sent on a mission to take care of the situation starting by looking for the world's key hole and locking it. As a request on Yen Sid's part, Sora will also remain there for a year to train and unlock abilities he never knew he had to prepare him for 2nd attempt at the Mark of Mastery and become a Keyblade Master. However, he will need the help of his new friends to activate it until he can learn to do it on his own. Of course this doesn't mean he'll be the only one getting something out of this exchange. His friends will be gaining some new powers along with him. The question is, will they be able to take on the Darkness that is slowly making it's presence known to Equestria. One thing is certain: Things are gonna get crazy with Sora and the Elements of Harmony.
