A short story about a Unicorn and a Night Fury.

It is only important to complete the combat mission to make others live. Giving the most precious thing they have on the altar of victory, only one thing bothers them – will their descendants remember their feat?

Rarity's morning have been boring recently, and she gets just the sort of excitement she needs. With a little help from Spike and Twilight, she manages to save a mouse from her fat yet ferocious cat. Also, Spike is the subject of a thinly veiled innuendo, and Twilight is late for once. Based on true events of the life of Garbo. Just a little writing exercise to get me back into the swing of things.

As her memories blur and threaten to drown Octavia in her own slipping sanity, she is determined to clean up the streets with an obsessive and furious vengeance unlike Canterlot has ever seen. Bloodhound isn't exactly the most imposing pony. She's scrawny, asthmatic, frail, and socially awkward. The only things she really has going for her are a semi-big brain and a nose like her namesake.

When the tragic death of a close family member happens directly in front of her, Bloodhound stumbles onto a shocking fact: It might have been murder.

But that kind of thing just doesn't happen in Equestria.

With only her personal trainer and an eccentric bureaucrat actually believing her theory, Bloodhound struggles to prove that a cunning killer is on the loose.

A creature, straight out of myth and legend, walks among ponykind in Equestria. Having undergone a transformation of unimaginable circumstances, he is now a unicorn destined to live out his life without memories of his former self. With only the Princesses of the Sun and Moon to guide him, he must discover who he is meant to be through arduous endeavors.

When he realizes that most ponies act strangely around him, seemingly for no reason, he delves deeper into the meaning of his existence to find out why. This inevitably leads him back to the origin of his arrival. In truth, he was once a human who was discharged into Equestria through a spatial anomaly.
