When Chrysalis, former queen of the changelings, is finally found, it seems something strange has happened to her. The once proud and noble queen now has cats. A lot of cats.

(An idea based off of a brief conversation with YuGiOh Brony in the comments of A Changeling at the Breakfast Table. However, the two stories are in no way connected. So while I might encourage others to read it as a way to shamelessly plug myself, there is no need to in order to enjoy this story.)

The Apple family business has existed for an extremely long time. They have relatives all over, and they hold family above all else, at all times. But...why exactly is that? Why is family so unflinchingly, irreplaceably important to them? The answer...may surprise you.

Title is a play on the saying, "Blood is thicker than water."

After countless efforts, Celestia and Luna have been pushed into a deal from a foreign leader. Trial by combat, each leader chooses a champion to fight to the death. Should Celestia and Luna win the land across the sea will cease their invasion attempts, should they win half of Equestria will be theirs.

This story was inspired and created for the "The Luna (is BEST pone) Contest.". The prompt I used was Luna, the combatant.

Gentle Trickle is a young colt. A young colt that happens to be part of a family of necromancers. Most of his family is dead, but they don't act like the usual shambling, mindless dead. In fact, they act just as lively as when they were alive! They live by a strict motto, "Life is precious and must be protected. Death is inevitable, but not the end. Love those that live and honor those that have passed." Death comes to all, but life is short, why shorten it needlessly? Death is forever, why make it unpleasant?

But, what happens when all he believes in is questioned? When he is called evil by those that he vowed to help, deemed a monster by those who he swore to protect.

After one-night Sunset's memory is erased completely. After not going to school for over a week, everyone is worried. Her friends need to try and do whatever they can to help her... but will they have time before it is too late? And wasn't the memory stone broken too right? (Story set after the Forgotten Friendship)

You know how your alarm always goes off in the middle of your best dream, and how you can never find the OFF button? Well, it’s just the same in Equestria, and even Princesses have the same problem.

But at least it can't be a conspiracy, right …?

Six months ago, Princess Twilight Sparkle found a way to create Daring Do out of the pages of one of A.K. Yearling's books. Yearling herself wasn't too pleased, but the situation seems to have resolved itself, so she paid it no more mind.

Now a distraught Fluttershy has come calling, and Yearling soon realizes that her doppelganger left a lot of pain in her wake. She's still not used to this whole friendship thing, but she can't just ignore a mare in need, can she?

Over a thousand years later, Equestria is prospering in a time of friendship and peace. All attempts to disrupt this have been dealt with and nullified. Oh, but she's been lurking- lurking in the shadows, biding her time and keeping a close eye on those she knows will fight back.
