Last time I went over the importance of what you can do to protect yourself against bad editors and how to find good ones. Today I’m going to talk about the types of editors there are and my experience editing.

Forgoing my usual habit of writing commentaries for my works, I talk instead in this audio commentary, rambling for an hour about how my ambitious plan for October rose and fell, the eight 1/2 tales I told, the people involved, and why I hate horror.

Some background first.
So, as some know, I've had two boyfriends and I'm on a third.
The first boyfriend lasted a month and I'm not entirely sure either of us really felt anything for each other. Haven't talked to him in a while, but I still consider him a friend *shrug*
I've never really looked at my own body of work and tried to suss out a general theme. As far as I know, I don't really have an identity as far as what I write, at best having one for how I write. I don't know that you could sum my work on Fimfiction up in one sentence, the way you could say that Majin Syeekoh writes irreverent comedy with intermittent navel-gazing, or that Carapace and friends write fluffy romances about the contrast between sour and sweet. So, thanks to things happening rapidly all at once I went from needing to make one blog post to probably wanting to make three, so I had a brilliant idea-

I'm in the middle of writing a fic (suprise, suprise; I'm always in the middle of a fic), and it struck me how awful my first ever story on FimFiction was. Honestly, it was absolutely terrible. Let me just go ahead and list my top five of the biggest mistakes any author can make:

It's been almost a full year since I've actually written new content for Pony-Me. That chapter published back in August was the very last chapter I had in my little stash of chapters that I originally intended to have serve as a buffer zone between moments when I'd be unable to write for whatever reason.
Haha, who could've known that they'd be the only chapters I'd write for a long, long time.

I oppose racism. - Depends on whose being racist towards whom. If you insult my kind that's obviously bad, but if we insult you, then I don't have a problem with that.
