It's been a tough year as always for the citizens of Ponyville. To blow off steam, Shoeshine and her friends: Carrot Top, Cherry Berry, Lily Valley, Roseluck, and Daisy organize an all-earth pony snowball team. New tactics are developed, and old tactics brought back, to allow the earth pony crew to stand up against their unicorn and pegasi foes. When their rivalry comes to a head at Ponyville, Princess Twilight Sparkle declares snowballing to be an officially recognized sport.

Our story follows the exploits of the not-so-humble peasant farmer, Linky, and The Golden Herd, their hard-earned lessons in battle, and the bonding of shared experiences.

Set in the same continuity as Lily Valley Goes Shopping. Told from the perspective of Linky.

Now they face a new threat to their position that will not be so easy to defeat.

The story of four mares who answer the call to guard Princess Luna, and the troubles they go through to gain acceptance and respect in their new jobs. Or it could be considered to be the story of four interlopers into a traditionally male role and the underhanded tricks used to secure their position despite their obvious unsuitability for the job. Pick one.

Everypony has a story. Some tell of heroic feats and grand adventure. Others tell of villainy against the forces of Harmony. The story of an average guard, however, is one of obscurity. They live in the background, unnoticed but ever-present.

Silent Knight assumed his tale would be like that of his father's: join the Royal Guard and serve Equestria. He would be just another helmet and spear, part of the rank and file. And that was all he ever wanted.

However, when Captain Shining Armor asked for volunteers to form a House Guard for the recently returned Princess Luna, it was Silent's hooves that stepped forwards to set his new life in motion.

This story is a sequel to Come with me, Luna

Starswirl was always Celestia's favorite wizard. From the moment she first laid eyes on him, she knew he would be different. She was right. His mind was unlike anything she had seen before. If she was going to turn anyone, it would be him. But she needed to be sure.

So she waited. She waited to see if he would suit the Game.

Finally, she decides.

Was originally supposed to be a Halloween special, so there are disturbing parts. I might bump the rating on this one.

Takes place in the Obamaverse. A fairly direct sequel to Come with Me, Luna. Might not make sense out of context.

Big Mac finds cycling pants reveal just a little too much, and that makes him rather uncomfortable.

Big McIntosh has a unique way of appreciating music, and Octavia certainly provides an experience. Octavia would love to get in touch with her earth pony roots, and Big McIntosh has the deepest roots around. They could learn so much from each other about why they do what they do, and they just might gain some insight into their own simple gifts in the process.

However, when he gets to Ponyville, he realizes that this job may be more tricky than he first anticipated... especially with all of this "friend-making" business.

Rated Teen for a fairly momentarily but still rather graphic gore scene. It lasts a little, but everything else is tame.

Rainbow Blitz. The name has instilled fear and dread into the sailors of Seaquestria for years. Applejack meets her as she's returning from selling cider, and by that it should be understood that she fought and lost and was taken prisoner. Now surrounded by crazy pirates, Applejack has only one objective: Escape.

Even if she has to pretend to love her captor.

Originally written for the AppleDash Contest 2: Applejack the Chaser; but finishing stories is hard. Original concept by Windy Daze. but there is no way I was going to use the name 'Rainbow Beard'

A few years after Twilight and Celestia's marriage, they begin to worry that their obligations to the job are interfering with their obligations to each other. So they decide to take a break. A few spells and perfectly legal papers later, and they are ready to start their lives as Sunny Skies and Dusky Sparks, just your average, everyday, married couple living and working in a suburb of Manehatten.

Sunset Shimmer is on the run. It's been six months since she left her life as Princess Celestia's student behind, but she can't escape her own past. Her parents are offering a reward for her safe return home, and Celestia's agents are watching her every step. She might have gotten out of Canterlot, but the runaway student is still a long way from freedom. Especially since her education with the Princess of Equestria didn’t cover things like how to make a living wage with her magical skills.

However, there might still be one place where she can escape all of them. The infamous island nation of Freeport has long had a reputation as a haven for pirates, criminals, and exiles, but there's no better place in the world for somepony who wants to disappear. The only question is whether Sunset will live long enough to pull it off.
