For six months, Bruce Wayne has been stranded in Equestria. And for six months, he has desired only one thing: to return to Gotham City.

But Bruce Wayne's journey to Equestria was no act of chance. He soon finds that he was brought to Equestria for a reason, by something as dark and twisted as the minds of Arkham's most notorious inmates. With only Princess Luna to aid him, Batman will have to face a darkness beyond any he's fought before.

A historic day for Equestrian civilization, the fine ponyfolk of Ponyville make first contact with alien life. Unfortunately for them, it's not a friendly encounter, as they're greeted by the world's most notorious supervillain.

And Fluttershy has been tasked as his keeper.

Meanwhile, a dazed and agitated Doctor Evil must learn to cope with his new surroundings, and embrace the lessons about friendship that the ponies can teach him.

Inspired by another crossover that I've written, but have deleted on the grounds that I hate the shoddiness of my own work.

When Lalna's thumb slips while holding the remote to the nuke under Rythian's castle, the explosion opens a portal. A strange, swirly, rainbow portal. It takes them to Equestria, and leaves them there as ponies. Will they learn the magic of friendship, or strangle each other before they have the chance? Is this just some cruel joke for Princess Luna's entertainment? The world may never know...
Takes place in my Rainbow Dash and Vinyl Scratch universe, but before Feelin' Princessy.

Katherine Bosley, who never really cared much of what others thought of her, was having a really, really crappy day. But when she unwittingly gets thrown into Equestria, and finds herself marked as public enemy #1, she's had just about enough of taking the crap the universe throws at her.
Someone is gonna get torn a new one.
And it may or may not be her.
Will she survive? Probably not, but she'll be darned if she doesn't go out with a bang.

Was originally going to be a short story until we realized that it had to be longer.

Twilight Sparkle finds an ancient book in her library about teleportation magic. After an experiement gone wrong she and her friends find themselves in a strange land with new friends and make some new enemies.
She must now try to find a way back to Equestria or face the possibility of being eaten alive by a new threat that lurks in the skies above.
