Twilight was trying to perfect her freezing spell till her friends came and accidently caused her to make a mistake ending up freezing them self's for 280 years. When they woke up they found that pony kind have ascended to the stars. The Elements of Harmony have a brand new adventure to save the galaxy from an sentinel machine race known as the "Slaughterers" by joining commander Shepherd.

The cycle of destruction is broken and the galaxy is safe. But its hero, its savior, will never return. Although they won't forget him, they have also seen him for the last time. It's not easy being a hero because just when they think they can be at peace, they are called to action again. The hero thinks that he can rest, that his death is upon him, but death will not come so easily to those who are needed. As fate would have it, he is needed again, in a world that could not be more unlike his own. He is, or perhaps will be, needed in the world of Equestria.

After a reaper attack the mane six use the Elements of Harmony to save their world, but are lost to the stars for their effort. Now, nearly 51,000 years later they are awoken by Shepard to harsh universe on the edge of destruction.
Takes place after season 4.

Rainbow Dash isn't your ordinary pegasus. She has a secret ability that ponies thought only unicorns and alicorns could posses. Magic! Not magic like Twilight's though, Rainbow's is stronger. And it's dark magic.

Sorry I suck at descriptions

So I had a weird dream where I saw Rainbow Dash ruling the Crystal Empire like Sombra did and thought, "Hey would it make a cool story if Rainbow Dash was secretly King Sombra's daughter and had a stronger version of his abilities?" So here it is! Not too harsh in the comments please, this is just an experimental story to see where it goes. Helpful advice is always welcome though!

To solve this, Cadence casts a spell on the pair of them that suddenly transforms them into Dusk Shine and Pruena Oculia. While learning how the other gender lives the pair have to get used to their new bodies before the Black Widow claims her next victim.
