Abby Trombly is a Pokemon Ranger, well, to be more specific, she’s one of the best Pokemon Rangers in the Corps. Black Market Rarecandy operations, Slowpoke Tail selling, underground fighting rings, she’s seen it all and dealt with it using both the skills of herself, and her Pokemon. However, Abby has a secret. For years now she and her partner Arcanine Kasai have been much closer then regulations would ever allow.

Now upon being thrust into a new world, with a new, much fluffier body, Abby and Kasai are going to have to find a way to continue their old work while coming to grips with a new type of challenge entirely.

A side-story of A New World a New Way

Hey there. My name is Chris. Well, Christopher Wakefield if you must know. Anyway, I was just a regular guy who volunteered at the local animal shelter. And, for the sake of a quick description, I was magically swept away from my comfortable life, transformed into a Pokemon, and dumped into Equestria.

Yeah. I'm lost too.

Though Luna had been banished for 1000 years, she was able to latch on to one aspect of modern life very quickly: video games. Specifically, the Pokemon games. Introduced to Pokemon Black and White, she eagerly anticipates the sequels due out the following day.

And Luna won't stop talking about it.

So in attempt to take her mind (and theirs as well) off the waiting and make the release date anticipation a little more bearable, a few of the others decide to take her on a trip down their memory lane by introducing her to the aspects of Pokemon they grew up with.

Includes call-backs to previous Pokemon generations, both games and anime. Warning: May cause nostalgia-flashbacks.

(I wrote this the day before Black 2 and White 2 came out and finished it at night, but since it was so late I figured I'd wait to post it on the game's release date rather than try to get it approved and have it be fully up at midnight or so when few would be online. And then it took a while to get approved.)

Twilight notices that her friends seem to be at one another's throat lately. Fearing that their friendship is ending, Twilight sends a letter to Princess Celestia. The sun princess, in all her wisdom, sees a prime point for teaching her student a "different" lesson about friendship. She then reaches out across the void to a dimension that always seems to be clashing...

Now, Twilight and friends are stuck with five mysterious and destructive creatures who call themselves "Pokémon." Will their friendship survive?

Wile trying out a new telaportation spell, Twilight and friends find themselves in Kanto. There they meet a young man named Zander believed to be the worlds most powerful Pokemon trainer. However, with out any new challenges he has grown bored of his title. Will he be able to help the main 6 adjust to this new world and get them home? Only time and space will tell.

The fifth generation will not be in this story

Jayce is a trainer from the Kalos region, all through out his travels he's gone out of his way to be kind to those he meet and have adventures with his oh so fluffy Meowstic Nao. But when Arceus escapes his prison and decides to move all of his children and a few worthy human to a new world chaos is bound to ensue. The problem is this new world doesn't know they're coming or even what Pokemon are, did I mention this world was filled with colorful ponies? Being in a new world is scary enough, but the humans who find themselves here are turned into Pokemon and Jayce is no exception.

I would like to thank Zeusdemigod131 for creating a great setting and allowing me to have my own adventures in it. I highly recommend getting up to date on his story before starting mine, it'll help.

Well, it appears that me and a bunch of people with varying degrees of friendship with yours truly have been --somehow-- teleported to the one place I never thought I'd see.

Or maybe we were trans-mutated. Transmogrified?

Never mind.

Now, I've got to find the other five people that had to have been thrown in here as well, all the while having to relearn even the most basic bodily functions and commands.

Fun.

Oh, and did I tell you the best part?

We're all Pokémon. Yep, as if being tossed on your rear into an alien world as a strange creature wasn't enough, now we've got to deal with the fact that no one in Equestria knows what the heck we are.

I can feel a headache coming on already.

Heard any of the stories of people disappearing from the middle of convention inside a crowded room with hundreds of eyes watching them fall through a portal or in a flash of light. Well guess who joined the club!

Well now I'm stuck as a statue of the garden of two technicolor pony princesses because they don't like strange being landing in the middle of their magical pony gala and giving them a middle-finger-salute before running away.

I'm not sure if they know what that was anyway...
