Spike, the now prince of all of Equestria. Handsome and Charming, and born a thousand years before he was supposed to, is now a completely different being.

Spike, during these extra thousand years, has been training in all the fields known, his long life allowing him to retrain all that there is. Although with all good things, comes a price.

We now find us to the day of when his birth was supposed to take place, Spike is now a slightly different being. All that he has learned and experienced has changed the way he acts and feels, love not being part of that scheme.

But one day, he meet's a mare by the name of Twilight Sparkle, and his life is soon flipped. As he soon get's attached to the mare, as our lucky duo are soon sent to Ponyville.

How will the story change with a new Spike? What are some of the hardships Spike had to experience in order for him to mature from a prick teen into an sightly less prick teen? Why is Spike the why he is now? And will our lucky duo succumb to the gross element known as love?

Twilight told me to write in this diary. She said it'd help me with anything I need to get off my mind. Well, I took her word for it!

Princess Celestia cleans out her safe of scrolls to make room for more of Twilight's and her friend's observations. During the clean-up, her spell goes awry and accidentally sends them all back to the original sender.

As Spike grew older, the Elements of Harmony passed on. They left him with the memories of the past, memories that make him the fair dragon that he is now.

This is the story of Spike and how Twilight, and the main 6 throw him a surprise party. Twilight is trying to find out what to get him and ends up letting the princesse's help her and they all give her a great present. The only problem is, what will the rest of the main 6 get Spike for his tenth birthday? Or what they think to be his tenth....

Spike was left alone in Manehatten, blamed himself for the breezies and Twilight, his practical big sister, completely ignored him when he was scared to death in the Everfree Castle. Realizing that no one may care about him anymore, Spike thinks that he is no longer needed and tries to kill himself.

One Hearts and Hooves day, Rarity is helping Twilight test a new transformation spell that ends up with her becoming a giant dragon. After being chased away by the frightened citizens of Ponyville, Rarity flees to the mountains. Spike then has to set out on a journey in order to save the girl of his dreams.

EDIT: I went back into the story and fixed a bit of proof reading errors and I touched on some of the issues with dialogue that Macho Madness brought up. Overall the story is the same but some of the character interactions are a bit different if you want to check it out. Also, for some reason, and only Macho seemed to notice, the indentation is really weird and for some reason I can't fix.

It's father's day in Ponyville and everypony is happy, but for one little dragon this holiday only brings sorrow.
