Taken place after the birth of Flurry Heart, Cadance and Shining tried to get their adopted son to interact with foals his age. But their son, Inverno, is easily bored with them so he decides to use magic to craft some friends that he wanted to have. So following the instructions of a mental resurrection spell from his biological father's (Sombra) he brings the minds of history's greatest composers back. However, they are immediately separated throughout Equestria. Inverno goes on a quest to recover these brilliant minds while discovering that they come back with something more than he could imagine.

Story dedicated to the voice actress and friend: MLPGal. To her, that has gone through much but still presses forward.

I just wanted to be as beautiful as my sister. She told me that I was still young, and that it was normal to be pudgy at my age, but I disagreed. She was angelic compared to, whatever I was. I knew that she kept her slim figure by eating less, so I tried to follow suit.

I'm so tired all the time and I feel like I can hardly support my own weight, I get stared at when I'm at school and Rarity is becoming more anxious around me.

What did I do wrong? Why didn't I look like her? Why was I still so... ugly?

When Dash went to the Cutie Mark Crusader clubhouse to see if anypony was around she found something she wasn't expecting at all. It was a note from Scootaloo, detailing some of her past and her inner anguish. Scootaloo had been holding back far more pain than anypony knew and one way or another, she was going to end it at Ghastly Gorge.

My first attempt at a sadfic, inspired by my own feelings of depression and worthlessness. I decided to write my feelings out instead of wallowing in self pity. It was also written at 2AM so forgive any mistakes. I did proof read it but you can never be too careful. Decided to rate it teen for the suicidal subject matter.

A few days later, Rainbow Dash woke up in a hospital bed, and right next to her, she's confronted by the last pony she ever wanted to see: Pinkie Pie.
