Starlight Glimmer is now Twilight's daughter!
But how does this effect the elements of harmony and Equestria?
First thing's first, Twilight will have to tell her parents about their sudden granddaughter. Then they're going to have to talk to both princesses about the new legal princess who happens to be an ex-villain. Hopefully her brother and sister in law will understand. Then there's Twilight's friends, the town Starlight controlled, and many problems only the elements of harmony can handle.

Sometimes she wishes she could go back to the days where she raised a young filly, Starlight...

In an alternate take on the ending of Equestria Girls: Rainbow Rocks, Sunset Shimmer gains a pair of wings, she and Twilight realizing she's become an alicorn. But more has happened now. Because of Sunset Shimmer's ascension, magic, once thought non-existent in that world, starts to awaken as more and more gain the ability to use magic. And meanwhile, a shadowy force that once was the servant of a blank-faced nightmare begins to revive...

Takes place in the Waking Nightmares universe, starting two years before it and then with a couple of timeskips to get to the beginning of the Waking Nightmares timeline.

Twilight Sparkle is facing a crisis greater than Tirek, the Changelings, and King Sombra combined.

In this sequel to Wrath of an Angry Prince, Spike enlists Rarity and Fluttershy to help remake Twilight's dresses that she wore as a unicorn to help remind her of the most important events in her life as part of an effort to help Twilight get over the loss of her library.

Meanwhile, Discord also joins in, determined to get on Shining Armor's good side by remaking Twilight's best mare dress.

Rainbow Dash isn't bitter about the whole Mare-Do-Well incident. Or at least that's what she tells herself. Either way, she's not going to miss this chance for some harmless revenge pranks, and so she constructs a plan to prank all of her best friends, starting with Twilight Sparkle. For as long as she can remember, Snowdrop has lived with her mother, Princess Luna. In spite of Snowdrop's inability to see, Luna has always believed in her, and Snowdrop has always loved the quiet beauty of the night. Both mother and daughter love and support each other, and could not imagine being apart.

However, life has not always been easy. The night, Luna's eternal domain, has consistently been met with indifference and even fear. Snowdrop's blindness has made it hard for other ponies to take her seriously, even with her royal status. And they both struggle to live up to the standards set by their royal heritage.

Even so, these struggles may be nothing more than the shadow of a far greater danger; one which, left unchecked, could destroy everything Snowdrop holds dear.

Anthea, the adopted daughter of Fluttershy, finally gets to spend the entire day with her new coltfriend, Turquoise Blitz. However, their fun day is cut short by a storm that hits Ponyville. Not being able to get home because of the storm, Turquoise spends the night and helps Annie overcome her fear of the dark.

Celestia and Luna were supposed to enjoy each other on a night alone in the Everfree. However, things go south when they find Luna's old dark self: Nightmare Moon. But, she is different. She wants to be better and wants forgiveness. And Luna, listening to the mare lament, asks herself a question.

Is Nightmare Moon deserving of the forgiveness she asks for?
