Spiders. Oh, how I hate spiders. And yet Luna insists on keeping one as a...pet.

Just a little fun story to keep my skills sharp, so don't expect it to last very long!

There was only one explanation. For all of it. All of the strange, erratic behavior. Her irrational fear of the sun. Her nocturnal habits of locking herself in in the dark and closing all the blinds. Wearing her sunglasses everywhere, even inside! It was time to invest in some silver, garlic, and a wooden stake.

After a rather painful wake up, Jackson Hail finds himself in a rather scaly skin. Just what is he? How did this happen? Where is he? What's with the quivering yellow horse thingy? You already know this answers, but let's come along with Jack as he finds out.

(Your standard Human in Equestria story, with some not so standard elements I hope. I came up with the idea after I saw that almost nobody thought of this. Please note that this is my first fan fiction, so, you know, the usual dribble. Also note that I have no idea as to what categories this falls into quite yet, so I'll be modifying as I go along. Oh, scales he got, though. Scales in abundance. Along with killer eyes and venomous fangs. Will he cope with being one of Equestria's deadliest animals? And how will the ponies react to it? I think you know how to find out...

I was a college student who had a plan for my life, 2 weeks from graduation, a good job lined up, good friends, and I find myself swept away to a land called Equestria. I didn't arrive voluntarily or even as a human, pony, diamond dog, griffin, dragon, or any other natural citizen of the equestrian world. I got to experience it all as an individual that is truly one of a kind.

Elliot Drake, an ordinary young man, wakes up in a strange forest and appears to be suffering from retrograde amnesia. He soon discovers that this forest is a long way from Earth and located in a land known as Equestria. While trying to regain his memories he does his best to cope with the world the he was thrust into. Elliot will make new friends and enemies all during his quest to remember and to find a way home.

Instead of taking her into the custody of the Royal Guard, he becomes both her captor and her savior. But over time, Kuno will come to ask herself the hardest question she has ever pondered: Can a changeling feel love?

Twilight Sparkle has always admired Princess Celestia. Her fortitude, her wisdom, her eternal grace and love for all her subjects. Twilight has often fantasized about what it would be like to be in Princess Celestia's horseshoes. She never imagined those fantasies would come true.
