Rarity is moving up in the world. Her noble House, the long gone House of Belle, has been restored by royal decree and given to her as a reward for services rendered to the crown. After many adventures, Rarity and Dash are heading to Canterlot for a life of leisure and gentility. But not all is well. Rainbow, injured in past adventures, harbors feelings that wait to be released. Bitterness grows in the dark places of the heart, and though she is happy for her spouse, Rainbow's dreams were stolen from her by misfortune. Nothing can change that. Rarity receives everthing... and Rainbow? Perhaps she receives nothing for her efforts, in the end. It'll depend.

When you have no one else to turn to, when all Fillydelphia PD can turn up is dead-ends, when it’s eleven ’o clock and you don’t know where your foals are, who do you turn to? Ragged Wings Detective agency, that’s who. Queen Dawnbreaker has been assassinated and her her daughter Nova - foalnapped. All blame falls upon their Royal Protector Rainbow Dash who has been sent to execution. But little do they know, that the city has fallen into the oppressive hooves of the Corrupted Elements that have come to power after the fall of the Queen.

As the underworldly plague rips what is left of Equestria to shreds, Rainbow, along with a rag-tag team of Loyalists, set off to find the missing foal and restore the land to its once shimmering glory. But little does the prismatic mare know, darkness is rising.

Honoured Tradition and Final Regret both have very special jobs. They can let a pony go back through their memories to live their dream as they lie on their deathbed. It's a rewarding job that leaves them feeling happy afterwards… it also pays extremely well.

Rainbow Dash is grounded by a storm in Ponyville. She finds sanctuary within the library but Twilight Sparkle soon finds out that the storm isn't Rainbow's only problem. She's suffering from a very personal pegasus problem and Twilight has taken it upon herself to look after her friend during this delicate time.

Rainbow has a crush, and Rarity seems to be the only one who wasn't informed. As she searches for the identity of Rainbow Dash's new love interest, Rarity questions whether or not her conclusions are based on reality... or on what she wishes were true.

Twilight and Rainbow Dash, together? Must be that 'opposites attract' thing. Then again, maybe they have more in common than they're letting on...

Epilogue - The next Daring Do book isn't out yet, so Twilight convinces Rainbow to read a romance novel instead. That never works - does it?

Second - Twilight reads everything she can get her hooves on. Sometimes she finds things she'd rather not know, or in this case, that Dash would rather not know.

Becoming Daring - The latest Daring Do novel isn't quite what Dash expected, and her reaction isn't what a friend of hers expected, either.

Firelight - Not every schedule has to be full and not every list has to be checked off.

Lift, Weight, Thrust, and Drag - Dash's friends can't save her from an anniversary date with Twilight, at which she will show Twilight a secret skill she's kept from everypony. Twilight's definitely not complaining!

The Wait - Agony is knowing the one you love is standing hoof to hoof with danger and knowing there's absolutely nothing you can do to help.

Hoofing It - One day, Twilight will learn that reading Daring Do alone won't get Dash to do everything. That day is not today.

Variations on a Theme - How many combinations of Twilight Sparkle and Rainbow Dash can there be? Plenty!

Reluctantly Yours - There's something Rainbow Dash doesn't want to lose, and Twilight refuses to let it go. Will this be the end of the awesomeness that is Dash?
