Alternate Universe: Instead of Twilight Sparkle, Princess Celestia made Rainbow Dash her personal student instead! Follow her through the events of the 1,000th Summer Sun Celebration. A reimagining of "Friendship is Magic"

Rainbow Dash takes great pride in being Equestrias greatest flyer, however that all changed the day a new Pegasus moved into Ponyville. He is a stranger to everypony and he wishes to keep it that way for the rest of his life. After saving a falling pony before she could reach her in time, Rainbow Dash soon discovers that this new Pegasus has ties to the Wonderbolts. She demands a race from him in hopes of proving herself, but he refuses her challenge. Rainbow Dash then takes it upon herself not only to discover who he is, but what he's hiding. However she's going to find out that it's not going to be so easy, and that some secrets are better left untold.

Rainbow Dash is suffering from complications during the birth of her second child. She is going through extreme amounts of pain, and her body threatens to shut itself down. A nurse came up to Twilight and Soarin' and told them both that she is probably going to die, and Scootaloo happened to listen in. Now with a time limit on Rainbow Dash's head, Twilight rushes to find some way of saving Rainbow Dash while Soarin' attempts to help his wife as much as he can. But Twilight must hurry before it is too late.

Meanwhile with the prospect of Rainbow Dash's death over her head, Scootaloo ends up rethinking just what the ponies that are close to her truly mean in her life.

Wake Breaker, a Pegasus stallion that prefers the dark blue realm of the water to the sky above. A certain Pegasus mare soon finds herself infatuted with the stallion. In an alternate universe, Celestia is the dictator of the land of Paneighm. There used to be 13 districts, but the Lunar District, led by Princess Luna, rebelled and was destroyed. As a reminder to never rebel again, Celestia established an anual fight to the death with 24 tributes, one colt and one mare from each district. In the 74th Pony Games, Fluttershy volunteers to save Applejack's little sister. But will she survive? (NOTE: This story is based off the book by Suzanne Collins. However, it is NOT exactly like the book)

And suddenly she was falling. Her mind was blank with shock, and she watched as the thick clouds of fog succumb her. Her pale blue wings hit against the nearly solid fog clouds. She saw a lightning streak head for the finish line and she knew that she had lost. An image of the turquoise mare in a bright Wonderbolts outfit drained into her mind, another with her in the back, a look of defeat etched on her tired face. Yellow eyes met magenta ones. "You will never be a Wonderbolt." it snapped.

No. Her wings unfurled and beat quickly through the thick air. I will be a Wonderbolt.
