What we have here is a very annoying Plot bunny which never went away. All because the main character of Worm and a destroyer from WW2 share a name, then for some absurd reason my head says yeah! That’ll definitely work in my little pony. I can’t just let it be a standard destroyer though Worm has tinkers which could do cool things to the warship right? So what if there is little to no fighting in my little pony. I want a flying super destroyer which could probably blow up Malaysia.

However, when Stellar Flare sees the pair, she makes a dramatic revelation. One that injects uncertainty and awkwardness into what was such a pleasant evening.

Stuck for several hours until the next train to Ponyville arrives, join them as they pass the time- and discover that life at this station is not quite what it seems.

Written for SuperWriter2329 for Jinglemas 2021. Loosely inspired by aspects of the BBC Sitcom Oh! Doctor Beeching, however familiarity with the series or railway operating procedure will not be required to enjoy the story.

Sunset Shimmer needs a vacation. She doesn't feel she can really match the accomplishments of the ponies around her, and even though she knows leaving Canterlot is just running away from her problems for a while, maybe it's what she needs to get her head back in the game.

Griffonstone needs someone to save it. The griffons won't ever admit that, but it isn't half the city it used to be. The birds still in town do everything they can to leave, and the whole place is ravaged by terrible gale-force winds.

The earth roars! The heaven howls! The crowds cry out for a hero! Can Sunset really end a curse that's lingered for generations?

Sunset hasn't received a message from Princess Twilight in a week. When she finally receives one, it's not from Princess Twilight. When she reads it, she finds that it's from her past self.

Knowing this, Sunset sets out on a course to make her past self realize that the mirror was false. That being an alicorn wasn't their destiny. She needed to make her past self understand. Otherwise, everything could go wrong. She doesn't care about the consequences.

However, the ramifications of her somehow being able to talk to her past self is something even worse than she expected...

This is an alternate universe, set in within one of the time altered universes that Starlight created.

When Sunset Shimmer first came to the human world, she met a very special girl. This girl would go on to become her guide to the world, as well as her girlfriend. This pairing didn't last, however, as Sunset's selfish and destructive nature drove a wedge between them.

Now, years after their breakup, Sunset gets an invite from her former lover to meet up again. No longer the manipulative bully she once was, Sunset takes the opportunity to make amends with the one girl she never got a chance to, and repair their broken relationship.
