The Griffon Empire have had a near perfect campaign against Equestria, taking city and airfield with relative ease. Now on its last legs, Equestria places the fate of their future in the hooves of the Galm Team.

Being chosen by a God to act as his champion is pretty cool. Being sent to Equestria, even cooler. I just wish I hadn't pissed off the guy before he told me what I'm supposed to be doing here. Now, lost in Equestria without a clue, and with only a naive Spriggan for company, I hope to find my purpose in this crazy world.
My name is Paul O'Brian, and this is my story.

So, this is my first submission to Fimfiction.net, and I chose to start with a Chess Game of the Gods Story. These stories are of great interest to me, so I decided to try one of my own. All events within this story occur during the plot of The ballad of Echo the Diamond Dog and Griffin the Griffin, as well as the other CGotG stories, and all credit for this universe goes to Rust and Blackwing.
Characters will be added as they appear. Rated T but does contain harsh language.

Many eons have passed since the world was nearly ended by a child wearing the Mask of Devils, and the ancient legend has vanished from the minds of the populace, now talking ponies who have built their civilization after the disappearance of man. But the ancient legend has grown tired of anonymity, and it will satisfy its lust for destruction by any means. What better way than to use yet another puppet? A certain showmare may be just the pawn.

The countdown has begun. Can anypony contend with the awesome, terrifying power of Majora's Mask?

Have you ever been in that situation where your life just completely turns around, throws you into Equestria, and turns you into a Windigo? ...okay, that may be getting a little too specific.

I'm Arrell - well, that's what I'm called now. I used to be a human, and now I'm a Windigo. What am I doing? Well, aside from enjoying cold places, breaking the fourth wall, and occasionally getting involved with ass-kickings, not a whole lot. It's surprising how mellow life can be when you're in the body of a creature normally seen as demonic...of course, it's become a lot less mellow now that these articles have started showing up. Strange objects from other dimensions possessing unique and dangerous properties, and I have to retrieve them.

...all in all, could be better, could be worse.

I got the idea for this about two days ago while eating lunch. Not my best work, but it was fun to do.

Well here we go. I finally decided to launch my next (and final for me) installment of my fanfic series. My OC Maverick returns to lead his Crystal Empire Air Force squadron against the forces of Queen Chrysalis.

This one will pretty much be a ponified version of Ace Combat 6, with a bit of other stuff thrown in (so if you've played AC 6, you already know most of what will happen). I don't know how long it will take to finish it. I'm having some medical problems that are keeping me from running at a hundred percent, so it may take quite some time.

This story takes the concept of Death Battle and carries it over into Equestria, pitting different ponies and other Equestrian creatures against each other in one-on-one fights to the death to see which is superior. Extensive research is done on both combatants to figure out who would win, and is presented as a written battle to be more entertaining.

Readers are asked to suggest possibilities for battles in the comments, or by messaging me. You are allowed to suggest OC characters, as long as they are from a story that is at least somewhat well-known.

"But for now, it's time for an Equestrian Death Battle!"

For the second time Equestria has been torn apart by war between the New Lunar Republic and Solar Empire. Only this time both sides have to contend with another entity: the Legion of Discord, who started an invasion of both side's territories.
One squadron of the New Lunar Republic Air Force; the 13th Tactical Fighter or "Lunar" squadron, finds itself involved in many of the game changing events of the war. Will Lunar squadron help end the war, or will Discord crush both sides and plunge Equestria, and the rest of the world into chaos?

I'm just a normal guy. Or, what passes for normal in today's world, anyways. I went on a walk one day to cool off, and some guy asks me some questions before sending me off to Equestria, where I learn that not all is sunshine and rainbows in what many assume is a perfect little country. But now I know better.

According to some friends I make on the way, there is what looks like a little war going on between some impressive players. I can only hope I'm up to scratch...

This story takes place in the Chess Game of the Gods universe.

Three best friends end up in Equestria but not all of them are ponies. One who isn't a brony, and even borderlines on being a hater, is a griffin. Another who is more calculating and cocky but hates hiding is a changeling. Finally the last of them is a unicorn who's special talent is that he adapts and overcomes. Together these three best friends will fight changelings, ponies, demigods, and the god of chaos himself.
