After a strange alien creature named Anon suddenly showed up in Equestria, it was only natural that Twilight Sparkle would want to help him adjust to his new environment. To do so, she enlists the help of local school teacher Ms. Cheerilee. With her guidance, Anon should be able to learn how to do things the "pony way," and before he knows it, he'll be another friendly face in Ponyville's growing community.

Unfortunately, Cheerilee isn't exactly a fan of the new human in town, nor is said human particularly happy to be under the tutelage of an elementary school teacher.

Is there any hope of them getting along?

Twilight has always been the mare to go to when you have a situation. But what happened if no one looked to her for help anymore? Her sole purpose was to help ponies and give them information. That's why she loved the library. But......what now? Now that the traffic's stopped, the others , her friends, don't even talk to her when she expresses her concerns. Although some other species of resistance think this just isn't right and wanted the humans to have their freedom, but sadly it's been proven too difficult from every socity that's preventing them of doing it. Several weeks later after Princess Twilight Sparkle's ascend into being an Alicorn to join her fellow princesses, a human teen from his own world of dominant humans wakes up in a prison cell with some damaged burn body marks and realizing that he's in another world full of Anthro species. This is a tale of Ben Renwick, the last Shinobi warrior and the hope for humanity's freedom.

Deciding to check up on his defeated foes, Discord is hit by the memory spell meant for Rainbow Dash. As a result, Twilight now knows Discord better than he knows himself- including the man he use to be. The memories of a hero, buried under the mind of a confused and lonely immortal.

His past is bleeding into his present and Twilight refuses to let him be turned to stone. Thus, in one form or another, the world will once more know its greatest savior: Naruto Uzumaki.
