When Twilight needs a pardon, Celestia is there to provide. When Twilight doesn’t need one, Celestia still provides.

Chapters (1)

Princess Twilight Sparkle, in a new, peaceful era for Equestria, has gotten bored of just reading. No- she wants to discover for herself. Only, Equestria has run out of discoverable facts.

Then Princess Luna reveals an astounding fact to the younger princess. A few observations and a little engineering later, and she's ready to blast off for the stars.

Only, before she even breaks out her contraption, a computer glitch leaves something else to investigate- something far closer than the stars, yet something that might reveal the secret of the stars to her.

A brony randomly finds herself in Equestria, transformed into a pony; she still possesses her laptop, though, and everything she orders on Amazon is somehow still finding its way to her doorstep.

Shenanigans ensue, possibly involving a monopoly and definitely involving the Crusaders. Crossover tag related to some of the things she orders... that the real Amazon doesn't carry.

Disclaimer: The main character in this story abuses an Amazon account. Do not attempt; In real life, this would likely lead to account termination and, for the scale she does, legal investigation.

When a starship is launched, there are a huge number of hoops for it to jump through to be cleared for launch- to be allowed to come even close to seeing the light of day.

Then one ship that came up short of all those hoops was granted an exception because of how unique it was- there likely wasn't any set of hoops it could hop through, simply because it wouldn't fit. It was too large.

Unfortunately, while it launched successfully, its builder- and owner- was already dead.

So, with nobody left with a claim to it, it fell into the ownership of the Navy- under whose authority it launched. And what is the Navy going to do with a starliner of this size?

Personnel movements, of course! If anyone wants a ride to fringe worlds at the warfront, or back from them, and doesn't mind becoming a cute magical pony for the rest of their lives, she can get them home and back three times over in the same time that even the fastest other ship would require just to get them home the first time.

Updates on Thursdays, when ready. Why didn't I have this note in here before...?

In the future, we'll colonize the solar system, cure cancer, clone the human genome, and build trans-dimensional hoodies that can summon tiny talking horses from an alternate universe.

It's pretty snazzy.

Cover art by xioade.

There is no beginning and no ending; only hoodies and the poni poni poni that fill them.

This story is a sequel to Why No One Messes With Luna

Shepard has done the impossible. Old foes have set aside their differences, new friends have come into the fold, and the galaxy is more united than ever before. But the Reapers care not for the new alliances they face; they will fall, as countless civilizations before them fell. It is inevitable.

There is still hope. The Crucible, source of unimaginable power, has been constructed by the allies. With this new source of hope in tow, the allied fleets break through the Earth blockade and attempt to use this newfound weapon in a last, desperate attempt to defeat the Reapers and save the galaxy as we know it. Fleets of all races, soldiers of every kind, are united in this final stand.

Equestria, too, has sent what they can to aid in this final battle. Or rather, who, they can.

The Reapers have no idea what they have unleashed.

Warning: This story contains spoilers for ME3 and takes place during the ending of the series. This story is less approachable than the previous stories and may be confusing to those who are unfamiliar with the ME3 ending

Chapters (2)

The star system Omega Centauri was just another oddity on a map to scientists in the not too distant future. However when they found the star was orbiting an earth-sized, earth-like planet instead of a black hole as its motion had suggested, a mission was scrambled to investigate this most unusual of celestial behaviors.

Hamstrung by politics, and nearly crippled before it began, the 'Lone Ranger' mission was reduced to just one crew member and left to his own devices.

These are the logs of Arrow 18 and its lone commander. This information is classified TOP SECRET by the Global Space Agency.

Do NOT tell the princess.

This story is a sequel to Why No One Messes With Celestia

In the wake of Celestia's return to Equus, the ponies have worked tirelessly to prepare for the arrival of the Ascended. Defenses have been set up, weapons prepared, allies warned, but most important of all in the minds of both Diarchs, a cure for the Indoctrination has been pursued.

The Ascended, or the Reapers as they are known to the rest of the galaxy, are not amused. They attack in force, unwilling to stand by and let this small, barely space-worthy race of unascended quadrupeds neutralize their most effective weapon in their march towards galactic cleansing.

Now they too shall learn to fear the dark, and the Princess who controls it.

This story is a sequel to Best Hell Ever

Once upon a time, Twilight went to hell. It wasn’t that bad. It was pretty great, actually. It had a library! A big one. Like, bigger-than-the-universe big. But then Twilight went and got herself kicked out of hell, and now she’s depressed.

There’s only one logical solution: with Starlight’s reluctant help, Twilight is going to break into hell and invade its library. Oh, it’ll be tricky — trying to find one specific location in an infinite dimension tends to be a bit hard — but the infinite knowledge it’ll provide is too good to pass up. Twilight will find that library if it kills her (which, since this is hell, isn’t the worst thing ever in the grand scheme of things).

There is absolutely no way this can possibly go wrong.

Even the smallest magical accidents, as anyone in the Accidental Magic Reversal Squad can tell you, can have significant and far-reaching effects.

Especially if it wasn't Accidental Magic at all, but deliberate magic that was doing something that wasn't intended at all. Like, for example, the very trustworthy ancient magic of Hogwarts suddenly choosing to invite about fifty times as many students in one year as it usually does.

Naturally, when these small yet significant magical accidents happen, there is almost always someone that doesn't want it corrected for some reason or another. In this case, that someone is in a position of power, so it doesn't get corrected.

And over ten of thousand new students are officially admitted to Hogwarts in a single year. After all, these new students bring with them stories of things thought and even known to be completely impossible, in some cases, and the complete conviction that they are possible where they come from, wherever that is.

Naturally, Dumbledore expected that someone would make them possible. What he did not expect was the who and the how.

A rewrite and reimagining of the once-popular On the Implications of Parallel Worlds, which was itself a rewrite and reimagining of The Gate. This time around, it should be a little easier to avoid deadlocking the plot.

Written with the editing and proofreading assistance of Skittlebug (Former), Gerandakis, Rose, and Raven, and I can't be bothered to find links to their profiles right now- or even their full profile names...

As always, tags may be updated as the story progresses.

Will update weekly on Tuesdays, following the death of On the Implications of Parallel Worlds, or when ready on Patreon.

Cancellation planned for around chapter 85.

It could be argued that the phrase “based on a true story” applies to this story.
