After settling in Crystal Empire, Thorax began sending letters to Spike.

So you might remember the vaguely Spike x Thorax fanfic I wrote almost a year ago and the second chapter I wrote was already completed when I posted it. It was only because I didn’t know how to finish the story that I stopped writing. However, there wasn’t any need to completely waste the time I spent on the second chapter so here! Have a mostly back and forth series of silly letters that have been sitting in drafts for almost a year now.

You don’t need to read the first story to understand what happens in this one.

This story is a sequel to The Dragon of the Ruins

Spike didn't have much to say about his life. Not after a thousand years.

Not after centuries of loneliness.

But maybe, just maybe, these new ponies who've stumbled into his life can change that.

Even if only for another century.

Celestia has told me that a dragon's average lifespan is two thousand years. That is a long time be alone. It gives you a long time to reflect on the friends you lost, something I'm not ready to do. However, the years have aged me mentally, and I have learned the difference of my friends mortality compared to my own.

While my friends withered away, one remained, one that is near and dear to my heart. I know I will lose her eventually too. The chances are, I'll lose her really soon. But until that faithful day, I'll enjoy every moment with her.

She's all I have left. I'd be lost without her.

Spike is one day accused of a crime he didn't commit, as usual, nopony believed him except Fancy Pants because he and Spike had been hanging with each other. Spike still gets banished, but princess Luna believes Spike is innocent but they didn't have much evidence. Spike is transported to the badlands where he learns to fend for himself. He then slowly, builds up his own nation. The Crystal ponies starts hating their rulers and start violent protest around the empire. When they find the murderer of Fleur De Lis, everypony realises their mistake, but can they fix it?

A/N This idea just wouldn't leave my head. I hope you enjoy the story.

Prince Shining Armor's coronation is drawing near. But recent events have him thinking back to a time shortly after he first gained his wings and became an alicorn.

Taking part in a royal summit held at the Crystal Empire, Shining Armor struggles to adapt to his new alicorn status. But that night a new problem presents itself when an unexpected intruder manages to steal his crown and get away.

Forced to pursue the thief through a magical mirror, Shining finds himself in a world unlike any he has seen before. A world populated by creatures called humans. And if he wants to gets his crown back, he'll have to deal with a particularly nasty human called Sunset Shimmer, the very thief he's sworn to apprehend.

After being neglected and overlooked too much, Spike decides he needs a friend of his own that has nothing to do with Twilight or the rest of the girls. Seeing as how he knows every pony in Ponyville he decides the next best thing. Build a friend. With a robot friend and the girls realizing how much they hurt Spike can they make it up to the dragon before he decides that his robot is the only friend he needs.

Takes place following the events of season 7 and the MLP movie, but before season 8 begins.

Spike and Rarity have been dating for more than two weeks now, and he still hasn't kissed her. Sure, there have been goodnight pecks on the cheeks, but never a kiss. But he's going to fix that tonight, whether the rest of him is ready for it or not. And little does he know that Rarity's anticipating it just as much as he is, if not more. All she wants is that one, perfect moment—the kind that she's read about so many times in her novels—with her drakefriend. That's all, really. And, knowing what a gentledrake he is, she's certain that's exactly what he'll give to her: a perfect, magical first kiss. She knows he wouldn't disappoint her. He never has.
