Spike and Ember's hard work together in the Gauntlet of Fire failed. Neither retrieved the blood sceptur or became Dragon Lord. But neither did Grable. Equestria was safe, for a while. The new Dragon Lord later decided that Equestria was done and has unleashed all dragons under his command to rampage and destroy Equestria. Some Dragons really hate ponies, others just want their pillows. No matter what the reason, it means pony blood must be shed.

The war has been waging for several years. The Wonderbolts were easily outmatched in the air. Project Alicorn Wings was started to reclaim the skies and support the ground troops who were also hunting the Dragons. Unicorns and Earth Ponies join their Pegasus brothers in the air, using steel wings and behind guns, busting up and killing dragons whenever they come to threaten their homes.

Defending their homes means many make the ultimate sacrifice. And every engagement doesn't guarantee the death of a Dragon.

At the end of the show, out of sight, they went down. The pilot was Cowden Ward, and the Veteran was 93 year old Vincent Losada, who was a WWII B-17 Bombardier. The date: November 17, 2018. They will sorely be missed. And Vincent's sacrifice will never be forgotten!

This story was finished and first published on December 7, 2018 - 77 years after the attack on Pearl Harbor by Imperial Japanese Navy Planes. There could not be a better release date for a memorial piece like this. Over the next 4 days, the United States of America would be plunged into two wars.

After the attack on Taloraan, J'ula has decided to start her assault on several different universes, intent on expanding her own empire and destroying the Alliance. She has gathered members of other powers in order to conquer her targets, her first being an alternate, war-torn version of Equus.

Meanwhile, Littlepip and the crew of the starship Harmony are in pursuit, intent on stopping the Klingon warlord and saving the lives of all who are within her crosshairs. However, in order to stop her, Littlepip will need to call on the support and skill of her friends as they chase J'ula and attempt to stop her from causing chaos across the multiverse.

{Welp, here it is, my last hurrah for this series. With the end of the show comes the end of this little series of stories I started almost three years ago. Anything else I make won't be related to this after this story is done. I may consider short stories involving this series, but for the most part, the large ones are over at this point. It won't be the best thing ever typed, I'm sure, but I hope to bring a good ending to the series with this story. 2 months after the infamous Mystable incident, Sunset has decided to temporarily leave the human world after the harsh treatment that she received from her former friends after being framed. After a while of pondering, our fireheaded girl finally decided that it's time to head back and hopefully try to move past it and to give her friends another chance. But once she arrives back to CHS, she is met with the most heartbreaking news.........................................one of the Rainbooms killed themselves. With the funeral to commence at the end of the week, Sunset wonders if she's ready to forgive the remaining Rainbooms and the CMC's out of fear of one of them following suit later on.

Sonata has a tooth ache. Adagio and Aria don't want to deal with it. Sunset Shimmer gets involved. Applejack is there. It's gonna be one of those days.

The first half of a new shorter, but fully written, version of my take on the cancelled Equestria Girls special that was supposed to introduce the human Sunset, with Flash Sentry as the main character.

Premise:
Flash Sentry has begun to long for the days before Equestrian magic (and Twilight Sparkle) was introduced into his life. He and his family move in next door to the family of his childhood best friend, and Flash transfers to his school to avoid the Rainbooms as much as possible. But as he tries to move on with his life, Flash comes to a horrifying realization that could mean the end of all of reality.

One lonely night, Vinyl decides to use her old two-way radio to relieve the tedium. In doing so, she stumbles upon the voice of 'Adi,' who has a story so crazy Vinyl isn't willing to believe it.

But Adi is desperate, so desperate that Vinyl knows something really is wrong. Can her words help Adi overcome whatever is really happening? Even if she can instill hope in this stranger, is hope worth anything against seemingly insurmountable odds?

All Vinyl can do is sit before her radio and talk. Perhaps it will be enough.
