Spitfire is afraid of nothing, nopony, and certainly not of meeting Fire Streak's family for Hearth's Warming.

Cory's a human transfer student at Canterlot University. His parents pay all of his school expenses while he pays for food and living expenses. He's got a decent job and he splits his bills with his roommate, so he's living relatively well. The only problem is that he doesn't know what to do with his life. He's meant for something more, he knows it, but he can't figure out what it is.

Fleetfoot is a member of the elite flying team, the Wonderbolts. She isn't as popular as Spitfire and Soarin, but she doesn't mind that one bit. She loves being a Wonderbolt, she really does, but she feels like something's missing.

When these two cross paths, will they hit it off? If they do, will it even last?

Supporting characters include Spitfire, Soarin, and Gaffer from the MLP comics.

NOTE BEFORE READING: This story takes place within the same universal context as my previous story, in which the human and pony worlds have been in contact with each other for a few years.

Rainbow Dash and Misty Fly bump into each other in Ponyville, but she has something to tell the Wonderbolt. Unfortunately, it's about something Misty has been struggling with for years.

This is my first one-shot. Something that popped up on my head few hours ago and I started writing it cause I know that I wouldn't end it if I start any time later.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Throughout her life, Vapor Trail has been in the shadow of Sky Stinger, in the best way she could. She didn't want all the attention to herself and wanted to give it to somepony she found special. As the years have gone by, the two have grown close to each other, helping one another accomplish their life long dream: becoming a Wonderbolt. And for once in her life, Vapor Trail didn't want to be in the shadow of Sky Stinger, but in the light beside him.

With both of their dreams accomplished, they can now live the dream... that is, until Vapor Trail had another dream in mind. Because of her closeness with Sky Stinger, the mare developed strong feelings for him and wants to confess her emotions to him.

However, Vapor Trail was unaware of how challenging such a task could be. Vapor Trail has many resources to her disposal, such as teammates and various plots to get the right words out. But will that be enough? Can Vapor Trail get the message across? Or will her chances of being Sky Stinger's special somepony vanish like a vapor of steam?

Since Rainbow Dash and Lightning Dust have left the Wonderbolts Academy, followed by all the other recruits, Spitfire hasn't had a chance to interact with her fellow Wonderbolts; no soul barely knows she even exists anymore. Spitfire doesn't really mind because she's not even aware of how blind she is to the fact that she has no close friends whatsoever. Reason? Unknown.

But an evil spirit still draws breath, intent on taking back what's his by building a vast army of soldiers.

In another time, in another world, a dragon's egg is a rare treasure, one that can shape the fate of nations. In a desperate bid for possession of one, two opposing powers send it tumbling through worlds, where it inadvertently lands in the possession of a young filly named Twilight Sparkle. Now, rather than being raised at the center of a war, a dragon named Saphira gets the chance to grow up as the youngest member of the Sparkle family, with all the privileges that come from being directly under Princess Celestia's tutelage... and all the challenges, as well.

Soarin is a very manly stallion. They don't let just anypony become Co-Captain of The Wonderbolts.

But that doesn't mean he doesn't have fears. One of those is making his captain, Spitfire, angry. So it's only natural he'd panic when he rips his flight suit during training.

Taking the advice of a friend Soarin goes to Carousel Boutique to have his flight suit repaired. And when he does so he meets the Boutique's owner, Rarity.

Soon after his visit the Wonderbolt Co-Captain finds that his thoughts keep drifting back to the beautiful seamstress. And that can mean only one thing, he's in love.

But how's he suppose to prove his affections to Rarity? And more importantly, is he the "prince charming" Rarity's been looking for?

After a bad pass through a ring, Soarin puts his wings out of commission and needs somepony to replace him for the upcoming Grand Galloping Gala ceremony. Digging into the reserves, he selects Vapor Trail as his replacement. However, Vapor Trail has doubts as to whether she could really replace the veteran Wonderbolt, and whether her friendship with Sky Stinger could survive her true feelings about being a Wonderbolt, even if only for a night...

Secret agents, big crowds, and papparazzi await in this short story of love and finding out who you really are.

Every Wonderbolt gets to cook in the kitchen and it's on a rota, both lunch and dessert. To Rainbow Dash's horror, it's her turn to make the dessert. To make matters worse, she must bake a sweet apple pie. Luckily, she isn't alone to do the task.
