Until all of the hatred in her heart is gone, Sunset is at the whim of her peers, unbeknownst to them of course. Can her new "friends" help her down the road to redemption?

If not, there's always that other Twilight Sparkle she keeps running into.

Hearth's Warming is approaching, and Sunset is going to spend it with her family, just like old times. After all the excitement in the human world, a relaxing holiday is just what she needs.

But upon her return, Sunset discovers her mother has come down with a rare and life threatening disease, and the only cure is the Ice Iris flower tucked away in the Crystal Mountains.

With the elements against them, Sunset and Spitfire must work together and traverse the treacherous mountain range to save their mother and give their family the best Hearth's Warming in a decade.

Life is looking up for Sunset Shimmer.

With her grandstanding at the Battle of the Bands, Canterlot High has taken a new approach to her. Amends have been made, friendships have been restored, and Sunset is on the fast track to becoming a better person.

But even now, there are still apologies that have to be said.

For her Spring Break, Sunset returns to Equestria to make up with her estranged family: the parents that raised and provided for her, and the sister she left behind. But a lot has changed since then, and some wounds won't heal by just saying 'I'm sorry.'

Fixing friendships is one thing. Sunset will be put through her hardest test yet when she tries to bring her family back together.

The Cirque du Noir is a mysterious carnival that parades through Equestria - and some say other worlds! - on a chaotic, winding route, stopping in unpredictable places but always drawing a huge crowd. Ponies have told stories that for a 'small price,' they were granted their fondest desire: other ponies whisper that friends and family have vanished, never to return.
It is said that for the price of a generous act, any pony can have their fondest desire brought to life: for some, this means a joyous, unforgettable day in paradise, while others clutch in their hearts more sinister desires that they all the same must face the consequences of.
But all are welcome: come one, come all, the Cirque du Noir is waiting to bring your deepest secrets to light and life.

In a world where Rainbow Dash witnessed an epic magical duel as a filly, the day before the Summer Sun Celebration was supposed to be just a boring delivery. It turned out Ponyville had something more in store for Rainbow Dash than she would ever have guessed.

Marked 'Complete' but I'm not sure yet if I want to do anything more with this. The story should work reasonably well as a one-off chapter, but if I decide there's more to be written, I'll probably come back to it.

When Rainbow Dash needs somepony to pretend to be her date for a social occasion, the choice is obvious. When she develops feelings for that friend, things aren't so simple. But Rainbow might find her inexperience ending their new relationship before it begins.
