Shortly after her lyre is desecrated by magically altered parasprites, an irritated Lyra receives a package from a pony she hasn't heard from in years. And if the contents are anything to judge by, that pony misses her very much...

Months before the Last Day, the inhabitants of Stables 29 and 101 were sealed inside their Stables as part of a "trial run." Vinyl Scratch and Octavia Philarmonica were two such souls, bound by love but separated by fate. Even across the distance dividing them, though, they sent messages to each other.

Until, one fateful day several months after the immense door of Stable 29 closed, everything went wrong.

Octavia has seen the theater before, but never dared entered it. But from what the voices have told her, this was the source. This is where she must go to put an end to her torment. Ponies have called her crazy, but they haven't seen or heard what Octavia has. If she wants to end all her misfortunes, she must go to the source, and play the perfect song, a candle lit at all times at her side. Then her torment will be over and she can return to living her happy life.

I should be happy for her right? She's my best friend and she's getting married, so how could I not be happy for her? She's marrying the stallion who was just perfect for her and she'd be living close enough to visit me every so often. How could I have not been happy for her? I had all the time in the world to try and be with her, but I got nowhere. If this is what makes her happy, then who was I to oppose her decision?

The Power Rangers are back! Now in their senior year of High School, the Rangers are hoping to have a peaceful time. But to their horror, a new threat has surfaced and is out to get them and take their Elements. To stop it, the Rangers must create new weapons, find new allies and defeat new foes. One thing's for sure, should they win, they will become legends.

Life has been rather normal after the Friendship Games, well as normal as life in Canterlot City can be at least and with the final year of Highschool being just as stressful as anticipated the Shadow Bolts hadn't expected to have their lives uprooted like this.

When their school is suddenly under attack by strange bug-like creatures that call themselves Changelings, they are thrust into a fight that they had no idea even existed. But after their previous failings maybe this is their chance to make up for that? Whatever that is the case, they are the only ones able to push back against the swarm of monsters and save the city.

They are the light born from the shadows! They are the Power Rangers Shadow Force!

This story is set in the same universe as Kamen Rider Alchemy but requires no knowledge of that story.

The Element Pony Rangers are well know heroes around Equestria. Many Ranger teams form because them them. Spike is an friend and ally of the Rangers. He also loves reading comic books. His favorite is the Power Ponies, a group ponies that have their own powers. Unlike the Rangers, they fight crime every time they are needed. When Spike buy the new comic he find it blank. Confuse and upset Spike wanted to get his money back. Before he could the book make a strange light and he and the Rangers get suck it. In the year 2015, Billy Cranston was living a happy life. Documenting and assisting new Ranger Teams, as well as researching the Morphing Grid, he lived happily in his apartment in Canterlot. But when a series of anomalies spike his detectors in the local high school, he calls upon his old friend to help discover what has gone down there.

Enter, Tommy Oliver. Professor in Paleontology, High School Teacher....and the greatest Power Ranger to ever live. Upon getting the call from his old friend, he reluctantly moves to this new school and discovers a group of girls with magical powers, as well as a new series of monsters attacking the school.

With this, he takes the girls to become Power Rangers, and take on whatever threat this school, and by proxy, the world may need defending from.

However, magic can be found outside their small circle of friends. Sunset Shimmer is invited overseas to visit a school that is dedicated to teaching humans the mystic arts. The headmistress, Starlight Glimmer, appears to have good intentions, but Sunset's doubts rise as she meets the source of their knowledge: Another visitor from the far reaches of the multiverse.

Meanwhile, Twilight encounters a murder committed through the use of magic. Danger closes in on every side as she unravels the mystery clue by clue. With Shining Armor at her back, and magic flowing through her veins, she's sure she can conquer any challenge.

But the school and the murder are connected, and when the plots converge, Twilight will have to face her greatest challenge yet...
