Rainbow Dash is dead. Well, technically. After an incident a few years ago, she made a deal. The one she secretly loved was saved, but she became a Daemon. Now, she's one of the Devils Collectors; hunting down those who fail to repay their ends of agreements. What happens when she has to head back to Ponyville for a contract?

When she catches a bad case of pegapox, Rainbow Dash cannot fly up to her cloud home. Grounded and quarantined in Ponyville, she is taken in by Rarity and Sweetie Belle, who vow to nurse her back to health. Can the pegasus survive her well-meaning caregivers long enough for Twilight to find a cure--and why is the weather turning so weird?

Her attempt at a Sonic Rainboom. Failure. Crashes in the Everfree and lands next to the Castle of the Royal Pony Sisters. Well just fly out, you may say. But guess what; her wing is torn.

Dash loses consciousness under the impact, but lastly sees a predator of the night. Guess what, it had fangs. Dash is a goner.

She wakes up though. However, she was not set free unchanged. And her hostage pony is still with her.

This story is a sequel to The Lunar Apprentice

Celestia won. Her Royal Guards defeated Nightmare Moon and her army of rogue Lunar Guards. The Shadowbolts were driven underground, and the Lunar Apprentice is dead. And what has victory brought?

Hell.

The Elements of Harmony are separated and useless. The renegade forces of the New Lunar Republic are hidden in the shadows, free to move and strike at will. Confidence in Celestia's rule has been shaken throughout Equestria. Half the Royal Guard is out of commission, and the changeling army is on its way.

Every loose thread is being pulled on; it's only so long before the tapestry unravels.

Celestia may have won the battle, but she also unleashed the Night Terrors. And Equestria may not survive them.

Discord, for a master of chaos, was actually a very good planner. Despite the confidence that he would bring Equestria to its knees in mayhem, several millennia of experience had taught him to have a back-up, no matter what. And after watching from the sidelines as Princess Luna became Nightmare Moon, he knew he had found an ace in the hole. Despite his defeat, Discord's greatest trick was still to come.

You know what this means: Equestria's greatest Nightmare is back. And this time, she's not alone.

Ever wonder how the mane six found their special someponies in A Day in Ponyville, well this is how Rainbow Dash had found Big Macintosh.

It's a few weeks before summer, and Ponyville is at it's calmest. That is, until Big Macintosh and Rainbow Dash announce that they are dating. No big deal though, it's just some mildly shocking news. How will their friends and family react? How will the whole town react? One thing's for certain, nothing bad will come of this at all, in any shape or form. That is guaranteed.

Rainbow Dash has left Ponyville to tryout for the Wonderbolts. When she doesn't make it, she can't find it in her to face her friends and leaves for Manehattan. She joins up with a gang for two years, her way of life forever changing. However, what happens when she meets an old crush? Will an old flame lead her back to her true home?

Rainbow Dash has been hiding a big secret from her non-biological sister and is scared to tell her the truth. Will their relationship stay the same? Also, will the ruler of the pegasi/ queen of Cloudsdale return and reclaim her spot on her throne? In addition to that, who is that queen?

Every Fifty years a special reunion is held by the many creatures of Equestria and its neighboring nations to maintain the peace that they have known for so long. This year much has changed. Equestria is on the brink of war and only one Princess has what it takes to prevent it. Rainbow Dash, daughter of Celestia and Heir to the throne. Bonds of friendship will be tested and some friendships will become more, while others are torn apart at the seams.

(After thinking over all the hate-mail i received on this story and everything the fans of this have told me, I've changed the story a bit. I feel I was a bit too harsh on Gilda. I've added in the missing scenes that were removed before due to fear of what people would think, and I've changed a few more things that were bugging me when i first wrote it.)
