Danger can strike at any moment, whether it be at a convenient moment or not. For a certain pony, the strike of danger came at a wet race track, on a race bike running at the absolute limit, while trying to beat a time someone wouldn't die on.

Lorrie is a Changeling. Like all Changelings, she feeds off love. So when she finds a group of ponies advertising "free love," she figures this is about the best thing ever. She's never encountered pony hippies before, though, so she's in for more than she expected.

Yes, this does involve a pony version of the Burning Man Festival. (Written for OneShotober.)

Pinkie Pie's mind is out where the buses don't park any more. When her wacky-factor gets her in hot water with Applejack, someone close to Pinkie decides for an intervention. Pinkamena, Pinkie's evil side, wants a word.

Applejack has always had a secret dream, one that some ponies would find strange for the tomboyish farmer. She's always wanted somepony to treat her to a special romantic night, while being treated like a real lady. Turns out all she had to do was have a certain rainbow-maned pegasus catch her in a dress. Such an awkward moment will lead them to a night neither will ever forget.

I had this idea while watching "Rainbow Falls". I think it was when 'Shy said that it was okay if Dash wanted to be on the winning team. I thought, "well, why not?" And when it turned out not to work for the WTG prompt, I was left needing to write two stories this week. Something which apparently takes approximately forever.

If this fails to be a good story, I'm sorry; this was a brief exploration of possibility first, and a story second. But I have hope that it can be both. (And remember, I can't know what you think unless you tell me.)

The cider. Something many ponies love and would do anything to put their hooves on it. When three well-known cider lovers team up to get to the whole barn of it, nothing can stop them.
