The Riddler has gone into hiding somewhere in Canterlot City, working on some type of new technology that could be dangerous in the wrong hands. The Dark Knight: Batman, has traveled to Canterlot City to stop Riddler before he has the chance to use this tech for his own gain.

Things are made complicated when Princess Twilight comes through the portal to visit Sunset Shimmer and her friends for the weekend. The involvement of these High Schoolers makes the situation a whole lot worse.

Batman, against his better judgement, must work with The Equestria Girls to stop Riddler and save not only Canterlot City, but Gotham as well. But that may be difficult since Vengeance and Friendship don’t exactly make a good combination.

It's not been very long since the defeat of Tirek, Cozy Glow, and Chrysalis; Twilight Sparkle' grand coronation will soon come to pass; and Starlight Glimmer will finally become Headmare of the School of Friendship. After all that has happened, Starlight finally feels that she had adequately redeemed herself and can finally move on from her past misdeeds.

Unfortunately, there's a whole universe full of ponies that won't let things go so easily.

Apple Bloom thought it was just a game at first. That was what Sweetie Belle had said anyways. It was just something to bring out at sleep overs to scare each other silly before going to bed.

But then Apple Bloom started playing with the Ouija board by herself... or so she thought. At first she’s thrilled when her parents contact her. It gives her a connection with them she always wanted but never had. But as time goes on, the things they say sound less and less like what a parent would say to a child. The things they ask her to do become more and more unthinkable.

When she decides to throw away the board game, she thinks that will be the end of it. Unfortunately, she might be done playing with it, but it isn’t done playing with her.

In six years time, a group of six friends had been utterly broken and scared. Three wore scars on their bodies, one bored a scar on her soul, and two now lay dead. And after everything that had happened, after old wounds were reopened, deepened, and filled with salt; it appeared as though a third mare would join the two in death.

My own Alternate Ending to Friendship is Tragic. The original was written by Vermillon, but this ending was more inspired by the audio drama version by Scribbler Productions. Although, this ending can easily fit on either version.

Sure, it all technically started when she turned to dust suddenly. One might even say it was five years after that, when she returned in a single blip. She would argue it all started with that weird looking Zap Apple.

Fresh out of a fairly emotionally tough day in itself, Apple Bloom found a very early ripe tree of Zap Apples and (despite the usual traditions of her family) ate one in her saddened thoughts. For reasons yet unknown, the apple not only teleported her to a whole new world but imbued her body with unfathomable, silly abilities. It was probably pure luck that she landed on probably the only person in all of Queens who knows more than other humans about Equestrians.

It's only been a few hard weeks since that fateful fight in the ruins of the compound. Peter Parker is really looking forward to the School Trip to Europe, probably his only chance of getting a break from Superhero stuff and the bad memories that targeted him in his sleep. Knowing full well that attending to Apple Bloom's dilemma will destroy his vacation opportunity, and with Apple Bloom already not too eager to return home, they agree to an idea. They'll travel together on a partnered vacation, to each take a much needed break from their lives.

When One-Eyed Agents, Magical Fishbowl dudes, Elemental Giants, Nightmares and Girl problems arise-- Spider-man and Apple Bloom partner themselves up and forge a strong bond in the process.

Oh my. Twilight Sparkle somehow found herself undeSsession of a Windigo Spirit, resulting her becoming a monstrous pony during nightfall. To makes matters worse, Equestria is in danger of freezing over. Twilight hope she can restore the Elements of Harmony before it's too late.
