I just can not believe it.
I was waking up from bed thinking its another tuesday until I realized my house becomes a pocket dimension.
Trying to understand what's going on I open my front door and was shock to find out my front door is a portal to Equestria.
Now you may wonder what's Eque- nope not going to bother explaining, this adventure of mine is probably being written by some random kid and being posted on a mlp fanfic website.
Now I may be a brony and for most people it would be a dream come true.
Honestly when I found out, I was angry and scared.
I am angry because I was taken away from my home, my friends, and my family. And also the fact that out of anyone it could've happen to, it happened to be me.
And I am scared, which I do not show on the outside. Because unlike others who portrait ponies as loving and understanding with very little flaws.
Like any living beings there's no such things as flawless, I am forced to live in a pony's world that freaks out on anything outside of their species and understandings, and since I am the first human in equestria it is not a good sign. Who knows? I will probably be accepted but I will most likely become an outcast at best or a monster that needs to be destroyed at worst.
That doesn't mean I am going to stay cooped up at my home. I wanna live, I wanna explore, I wanna understand where I live. Because 9 times out of 10, most likely I can't get back home.
If I can't get back home then I'll have to adjust living here.
Who knows what I can do here? maybe I can help teach these ponies how to interact with other species.
If there's hope for them anyways...

It's a manga with similar premise to your story. A japanese man who bought an apartment finds that his front door connects to another world. Deep inside a monster infested dungeon. But he manage to find a way to defend himself and his balcony window still connects back to his world so he can get to work and buy groceries while leveling up at the dungeon and helping the locals out using abit of modern stuff

In hindsight since his house only appears as a freestanding door in the middle of a field it's probably a pretty safe bet that the garage door (to the outside) won't open either and since that won't open that pretty much guarantees that even if his house had had a back door he still wouldn't have been able to open it.

Tracy needed somewhere to stay, how was he supposed to know that it was in another universe? Now he'll somehow have to hold down a job on Earth while living as a pony in Equestria. It's either that, or say goodbye to being human.but then it doesn't actually link back up with earth...well it does sort of he can use the internet but can't actually use it to communicate (they did this in A Cloaked Heart and it turned out it was because it was a static copy of the internet so he didn't actually have real access) so it's more of a home moved into equestria story with a weird house story than a portal story.
Did you see the "Isekai de Cheat Skill" anime? Similar theme: door in the house leads to another world with rpg mechanics and improvements carry over when he comes back.

Most likely he won't be able to get it out of his garage even if he does since the garage door isn't visible anywhere.
Assuming he can it's possible but unlikely he'd be able to buy fuel for it, if it was a diesel he could potentially make fuel but ideally he'd have an EV as he still has electric so he could use that as normal, would still have issues with normal wear and tear and not being able to get parts though, no replacement tires, etc although that's usually handled by plot armor so stuff just magically never wears out the same way he has free and infinite electricity and water.

Honestly If i had my house in equestria and everything worked via magic I would be thankful for the plot armor plus some stories have twilight use a magic as a substitute to fuel the car.

Oh yeah, most story's gloss over it as it's typically just done for convenience sake but there are a lot of bonuses with this that gets totally ignored in favor of omg not on earth.
Free infinite water, free infinite electricity, free internet, appliances never wear out or break, light bulbs never burn out, car still needs fuel but never needs an oil change or new tires, etc.
No more bills aside from whatever equestria charges in taxes.
Sure they still need to get a job to buy food but all of the other major costs people normally deal with are already handled permanently.

The plot is not bad but the writing raw in details. there is no descriptions of anything. Like c’mon just describe how things look and how he feels.

I find weird that Jumper refers to Pinkie and other ponies as a "person" but ok.
And Rainbow Dash is very OOC here, her own friends are telling her, including Fluttershy, that Jumper wouldn't be able to hurt somepony, but Rainbow Dash behaves in an annoying way with him, to drive the "Jumper roast Rainbow" to make him look like someone badass I guess?
The story also has several inconsistencies, such as Jumper saying he's going to explore Equestria, and then saying he wants to go home and never wanted to be there in the first place.
So Jumper is going to explore Equestria or just stay at home thinking of a way back? If the character is not clear with what he wants or what his goals is, I see this story as something that is definitely not worth reading.
Also having that belief that ponies are violent with any species they don't know, where do he get that?
I guess that was for comedic purposes, but it still doesn't make sense.
It also doesn't make sense that Jumper wants to hide from the ponies, I mean, what's the point of that? What does that contribute to the story?
This story is a mess, I'm sorry to say it this way, but if you want to be a good writer, you'd better think very well how you want to take your story and not put the first thing that come to mind, is what I felt when reading this.
I don't consider myself a professional, nor do I plan to discourage you, it is simply what you should take into account when writing.

Exactly, you have talent, you just need to polish it a bit more and be more descriptive too, as "reliczexide" mentioned so that the characters don't feel like robots talking to each other.
Even I find it difficult to follow this rule, but it is necessary to create a good story in which the characters show feelings and the readers can somehow connect with them.
for example:
“Wow! How did you know my name? Are you a psychic?!” Said Pinkie Pie jumping and bouncing all over the house, she couldn't contain the excitement of meeting someone new, especially if it was someone who wasn't a pony and seemed to come from another world, at one point Pinkie Pie approached a considerable distance towards my face, showing a big smile waiting for me to respond" something like this
Cutting into Dash like that was needed, but doing it infront of the public was probably not a good idea though

Typically permanent loss of all existing friends and family, they aren't dead there's just no way to get back to them or contact them.
(not always the case Outside Reality is left in communication with earth via cellphone/internet)
Often a new unfamiliar body, possibly with a new and likely unwanted gender, may or may not be granted the ability to use magic and or fly by said transformation.
Add in any of that and I think that percentage would drastically drop.
