Is for the Author to have Spike GIVE BACK his Dick and Balls. Make them bigger again. Have Spike ( Along with Twilight, the Princesses, and the dragons) PUNISH the Sphinx for being a MAJOR BITCH and twisted the Wishes.
Have Twilight, the Princesses, and EVEN Discord UNDO the Wishes and give the other Dragon Males their Privates back. So the Dragons WON'T go EXTINCT because of No "Males"! And maybe have Spike keep some of the Female Dragons.

This reminds me of some 2012 era trollfics that were so prolific around here back then. Not the good trollfics, mind you, rather the really bad ones that tried so hard to be in your face with shock value that they came across as fics desparate for attention.
